Also helps that he always wins those 50-50 - must have insane calf muscles.
Haha, yeah! Just has that tenacious attitude. Loved him giving stick to White too when he went down, we need that fire in the team.

Was he not more or less non existing the first thirty minutes or so? I was forced to look up the lineup to see if he actuelly was part of the squad.

I also think he runs with the ball to much. But I guess he wanted to show what he was capable of. But I surely hoped for more link up and passes between him and Mbuemo.

I can’t remember the last time (probably Ronaldo) I can’t wait for us to play again so I can see one of our players play. Absolute top performance and destroyed Arsenal, apart from scoring it was brilliant. Every time he ran with the ball I was on my feet, also loved how he gave stick to Whyte.

Those cnuts are used to teams letting them practice their dark arts without a hitch
United need more cnuts - Cunha may very well be one! We are a little too nice. It's been a while since we had a Keane, or a warrior like Vidic. Even Herrera was a sh!t stirrer, which made him quite likeable to us. Evra was brilliant at annoying opposition fans - we need more of those. But yeah, Arsenal with their corner sh!thousery and overall cnutishness need to be found out by a ref with some balls.

Cunha's a really good dribbler. Him and Mbeumo both went off on a couple of good runs but didn't have much support once they got into the dangerous positions because we were playing without a striker.

I'd like to think Sesko will rectify that problem once he gets some starts, although I don't think the forward line synced that well after he came on yesterday.

Cunha definitely has that aggressive side to him. He will end up scrapping with somebody at some point and I don't mind it one bit. It made me laugh seeing posters compare him to Garnacho because of his behaviour...I mean, did these guys only start watching us in the last few years or something? Rio and Rooney were saying though that he's exactly what we need and I agree. We've been far too soft and that's why we get physically dominated and lose 50/50s to teams lower down the league. Hopefully he inspires a few battles this season to let other teams know they can't bully us anymore.

Mbeumo is apparently more of a shy personality, but he also was robust and up for the physical challenge on the pitch. At least he looks a bit unhinged, which might also put a few teams off

Was invisible for the first 30minutes but then grew into the game. Love how positive he is with the ball, seems to have the character to play for United.

He clearly had some very good moments, but there was a big problem with him playing as the "false 9" - he really was too much of a false 9.

There were a couple of times when the wing-backs (Dorgu once and Dalot once) got in behind their defence out wide, but had no one in the box at all to cross to. Cunha wasn't even properly running to try and get in to the box, he was still at a casual jog and miles behind play. It was pretty disgraceful tbh.

With Sesko and Zirkzee coming in to fitness then Cunha will be unlikely to play that role much again, if at all, but if United sell Hojlund it's not totally inconceivable that he has to do so again. In which case next time he simply has to try and keep up with play more.

Even once he's shifted out to his natural left 10 role, he'll have to do a lot better at sprinting in to the box off the ball to get on the end of passes or crosses.

Because we tried to shoehorn Mount into the team. Understandably so as he looked good during pre season but if we want to play Cunha and Mbeumo there is no place for him. Cunha is not a 9.

Besides his football skills he has that fight in him that we have been missing in the team for a long time.

This is what he's been doing at old trafford for years. Nice to see it in a United shirt finally.

 Exactly, I'm surprised at the amount of people who didn't realise how quick, aggressive and powerful he was, or how he can just carry the ball over considerable distances. He absolutely shredded us every time we played Wolves with this running.

It's just good though to have all our fans properly excited about us again though. Really hope we go out and win next weekend to keep the positivity building.

Definitely has the type of personality that personifies the old cliche of "grabbing the game by the scruff of the neck", makes sense given hes in a new team and hasnt really gelled with anyone yet but honestly its the first new signing i been excited about in a while really reminds me of Bruno when he came in just instantly looked like different gravy to everyone else.

That save from Raya was unbelievable too super disappointed he didn't score.

What’s refreshing with a Cunha and Mbeumo is that they are such good dribblers and don’t lose the ball as much. I was so use to Rashford and Garnacho just running down blind alleys and getting tackled. There is a purpose to their dribbles similar with Amad who’s great 1-1.

What surprised me most with Mbeumo is his hold up play. Quite a lot of balls got pumped forward and he was able to control the ball almost instant and then link up the play with on coming support.

Yes we lost yesterday but the signs are so much more positive. We’ll have a much better season and I’m hopeful fith place is realistic.

I was very impressed with him. That time he knocked the ball 20 yards on, the defender was ahead f him but Cunha still got there. Deserved a goal, deserved to win.

The forward line is looking much better.

He's surprised me by how good he is. Finally looks like we have signed a good player

People told me he walks around the pitch.

I always found it weird cause he has torn us to shreds many times for Wolves.

I wanted this guy since our games against wolves last season - he was my dream singing. I was quite surprised so many were against it, he absolutely wrecked us last year.

Martinez says hi. But yes i agree, been saying this for ages. More cnuts!

Previously I thought he lacks that bit of agression, but he pressed pretty well this time, probably still getting up to speed. Once he's at full fitness and the whole team we will win possession up top more often and more clear cut chances will come naturally. Something which came from the dirty work of Lingard or Welbs, but Cunha and Mbeumo can be closer to Rooney, have a fight and footballing skills to make it to the top.

He and Mbeumo made me ashamed because I was a bit against signing them for the high fees. But what a quality we added to our squad. Once they get used to each other we will have a top 4 attack.
I thought that about Mbeumo. It was so clear with 10 minutes how much better they were technically and physically than what we’ve had for the last couple of years.

Was very lively in the first half but was almost anonymous in the second half. And let's be honest - if Garnacho had missed the chances Cunha missed today then he would be torn to shreds on the caf.

Fantastic how he always changes the angle when receiving the ball, always takes it away from the defender. Sounds so basic but the way he does it stands out

Looked very good and lively in the first 10/20 minutes then didn't do enough to get on the ball all.

I think he will be a good player for us and can't do it alone.

First 20 mins or so it looked like we were going to dominate and he was at the heart of everything. 2 class moments where he hit the post and the other where it was saved by the keeper.

Then he just disappeared.

Exactly what Wolves fans said about him. Top player who dictates game but also likes to switch off during the game. From being brilliant to "is Cunha playing?".

Our midfield doesn't help him though.

Started off on fire, but felt like he got more and more frustrated as the game went on.

Great start, desperately unlucky not to score. Fizzled out in the 2nd half.

Needs the ball in deeper areas so we can utilise his ball carrying. Problem is Amorim loves Mount too much that he's forcing Cunha to play upfront.

Electric for 10 minutes and that touch to take the ball down was beautiful, but kinda just faded out of the game. Feel like he and Mbueno both struggled with the midfields lack of ability to progress the ball and it’s lack of ability to cover ground and recover.

Hence why Cunha and Mount had to keep dropping in to help it.
