This - he has a position, don't complicate it, play him there.Cunha did a great job on the left wing last season and was comfortably one of our best players from December onwards. Just play him there and he'll perform. We shouldn't be trying to play him up front. Right now he looks unfit anyway so not expecting him to start either of the first 2 games. Dorgu has his strengths against top teams due to how good he is out of possession in those attacking areas. Against all other teams Cunha really should be starting. If Rashford gets back to his best he could also make an argument to start eventually, but certainly he should be beginning the season on the bench.
Obviously in pre-season, people need minutes, so it's fine to bank minutes anywhere, but once the season starts, he has to play in his position, ideally with a mobile LB behind him.
