Relax, we're not betting money here. We're betting something far more valuable: internet street cred. And yes this deserves its own thread.

So which team will it be?

Mods: feel free to add a poll with the following options:

  • City
  • PSG
  • Bayern
  • United
  • Juventus
  • Chelsea
  • Liverpool
  • Staying in Barca after all
  • None of the above

I already read a highly creditable tweet that Woody has all but signed him up. Considering Woody's track record and the history of the press reporting on United transfers I have little reason to doubt those news.

This is an obvious power play to make the board (or members of the board) resign. So he'll stay.

If he does leave Barcelona, then he's joining us

Staying in Barca. He's the most important man at that club and one of, if not the greatest player to ever play the game. It'll be a shame if he doesn't retire there. Can you imagine his legacy tarnished by wearing light blue?

Utd, explains why we have been so quiet in the transfer market.

Not sure if it would be a good signing though, another Sanchez mistake?

I'm gonna go with United because it would be cooler and better for the sport

He's going to Real Madrid in the biggest "feck you" the football world has ever seen.

You must be really enjoying this. I don’t support Madrid but I quite like you as a club so I’m definitely enjoying it. I can only imagine what hardcore Madridistas are like right now.

Signing the best player in the world? Nah. Just surround him with runners and good defence and then follow the Gigi Simoni maxim on Ronaldo "give him the ball and then go hug him"

Could easily leave Barcelona. People forget its 2020 and anything is possible.

My bet will be City or PSG. Us if we miss out on Sancho and there is a lot of pressure on Woodward
