I'm on Kraid. Is he more difficult than Corpious?
I thought Kraid was easier. Are you struggling?

Had two goes. This game is amazing. I prefer SM's sound effects though.
Yeah the sound effects and music aren’t the best unfortunately. Glad you’re enjoying it otherwise.

Beat him but bosses shouldn't be that difficult. Metroid is about exploration and upgrades.

Finished it on hard earlier, not overly difficult once you've got the bosses patterns worked out. Final boss has three phases though and the third phase was a bitch. Didn't help that I was only on 50% item completion so didn't have as many missiles or as much health as I should have.

Where's the central unit in Dairon, Elv?
IIRC you have to go into Burenia and find another shuttle into Dairon, after which you'll be able to access the central unit.

Just beat Kraid as well, definitely easier than the first boss.

Just picked this up today. Feckin E.M.M.I.'s Jesus christ. I'm only at the very start of the game and I'm already terrified of them.

How many missiles does it take? You're clearly a good player, though.
Not that many. You just have to dodge when he fires projectiles at you and then when he’s readying up just make sure you avoid him. When he’s not got electricity surrounding him you can damage him, but it’s only a small window.

You get a very good power up for beating him.

I've got the method. Jump both attacks, dodge him and fire. I like the Chozos. They must be the thickest bosses of all time.

This was a blast and it’s nice to play a modern Nintendo game that puts a bit of fear into you, both through the EMMI chases and the boss difficulty.

My girlfriend left my copy on the table, but it's two weeks until my birthday.

Feel like I'm a bit too old to throw a tantrum until I get it.
