Such an odd situation, Woodward really was a muppet giving him the contract renewal but he seems like a good bloke with lots of experience. You'd think there'd be a role for him somewhere with the academy or ladies team or something. Maybe he's not interested any more though I suppose, lost the enthusiasm.
