Not sure why Dowman didn't come on. I feel like Arteta is way too cautious sometimes. last 10 mins they should've gone for it.

Probably worried about goal difference.

contrary to what people are saying here I still think Arsenal are the favourites, much easier run in.

Yup 50/50 game, pretty much a coin toss. One of them games where any result would have been fair. In the end Gabriel being more interested in wrestling Haaland than getting in position cost them on the deciding goal.

But you can also say their only goal was a city mistake, who themselves also hit the woodwork.
 
Never seems to misbehave on the touchline against Pep. Shows that all the antics in other games are a sideshow.

Surprised by how high they pressed today, and they definitely were in it until the last minute so that’s a positive for them I guess.
 
Tactics aside, he gives off such a weird energy from the sidelines. You can literally see how scared and nervous he is. I'm sure it influences the players as well...

He should get the players fired up for these big occasions, instead he makes them shit the bed...

He did a good job rebuilding Arsenal and getting them to be a good side but feck he has to be the most unlikable manager I've seen in ages. He doesn't deserve to win shit.

In a way they already have. They've dropped six points relative to City in two rounds, and now City will take the lead by beating Burnley.

Maybe they still win the league, stranger things have happened, but they have already given up the commanding lead that they had.

City go top only they win by more than 1 goal.

Stranger things have happened as you say and Arsenal could still win the league and they are still in the driver's seat. City are sitting right next to them.

His squad management is abysmal. Hardly any starts for Norgaard and Skelley meant he was going into this one with two midfielders who are very visibly out on their feet.

Saka totally absent and Odegaard a shadow of the player he was. He doesn’t have any excuses this year, he had the squad to sufficiently rotate and he hasn’t. The collapse is down to this factor alone.
