Gaming Minecraft - in-game purchase problem

Hi all

my son has an Amazon fire for kids (Android), and plays Minecraft a lot. He wants to get a new map which you can either use Minecraft coins or €3 to buy. Either way prompts an error “an error has occurred”. this is just after I put in my Amazon password to confirm purchase. I can log into Amazon using the same password

free maps work fine. He has his heart set on this particular one.

wifi is fine on it.

any ideas?

No idea but you can buy the coins on Amazon directly if you're able to log into Amazon, then he could just use those.

Actually forget this, it’s only available for the U.K.

I've never done it, but I'd assume it's like an Xbox code or something where it just gives you a code the other person enters in their in game store and it credits.
