Nah. The true market killer was Elliott Anderson. Every single fee for a young half decent PL player will be referenced to that fee for a very long time.
I’m a bit annoyed he didn’t go to Arsenal. Was hoping that they’d blow their load on him, as I didn’t see him moving the needle for them. The worry is they now go and spend over £100m on a player who makes them a lot stronger.
Sold Santos for 50m and Enzo has flirted with leaving too. Cucurella for 60m or thereabouts too
