The Brazilian we really need is Douglas Costs imo.
We need new fullbacks but we haven't had a functioning right wing in years.

Oooh... Fast approaching the caf cutoff mark for pension eligibility
Haha, now I've just turned 30 I get really offended when I read people post 'buttt he's nearly 30'.

When I was 18 I used to think footballers were finished at 30, but now I've got here and I can still run around playing my best amateur footy at 30, imagine what international footballers blessed with world class facilities and coaches/nutritionists could achieve at 30.

I also think people presume we're going to be paying 100 million for Willian, but I bet its more like 30m. 10m a season in transfer fees for a player is about right these days in my opinion.

I like Willian but don’t think he provides enough goal threat in general.

Would like a forward who can help take the pressure off Lukaku to score.

Good question for a poll - which Brazilian do people want to sign (@Raoul ? ;))

Potential options:
Sandro
Fabinho
Fred
Jorginho
Willian
Costa

Feel the same but would prefer one of Bale or Mahrez on the right than Costa but any of them would have added around 10 points to us this season in my opinion and our overall play would have been better. Valencia and Young have been brilliant servants to the cause this year but we need upgrades now. Hurts saying that as I love Valencia and his manner of no frills, the guys been a brilliant signing from Fergie. But time kicks on and waits for no man.

An insider told me it's Douglas Costa. Hope so.
If the rumours about Juventus pushing hard for Martial and the kid wanting out are true, then this wouldn't be a stretch. Martial to Juve and Douglas Costa to United. Jose seems to love those player swaps.

Juventus are more likely to let Sandro and Dybala go

Casemiro would be worldy, can't forget Andreas Periera either.

Realistically can see us going for Alex Sandro or Fred in the summer.

Just saw the poll. Isn't Jorginho Italian now?

Anyways, just to throw another Brazilian name into the mix.... Felipe Anderson

Now 25 he's at a good age, comfortable with both feet. Can carry the ball down both wings & is willing to track back. Plus since returning from injury, he's had a pretty good season imo.

If we are going Brazilian to solve our right flank issues, perhaps this guy could be a more likely arrival than Malcom, Willian or Costa.

Both, Fred and Keita bring the ability to drive through midfield, which at the moment, is what we lack.

Herrera, who, at the moment is our link player, does not do this.

Pogba does it, but in a three, we don't want him dropping so deep, as we want him to do his best work in the final third.

Fred's ability to dribble and play in between the lines, which he really good at, would make our build up play more progressive and less ponderous.
Kovacic would have been ideal. I've only seen a few highlights of Fred and he looks alright, but not outstanding.

Mourinho's quotes were
'.... their talent is fantastic and the creativity of the Brazilian player cannot be measured'
So I'm guessing it's not a defender, it's more of an attacking option. Could be an attack minded Fb or a forward/CM
Well that rules out..... Fabinho

Sandro and Willian as our summer business would improve this squad no end.

I'd be over the moon with 3 players from that group in the poll. Sandro, Fabinho, Willian/Costa. Add Alderweirdeld and we have quite a team.

Greed.

The poll list needs Nobody as an option.

Maybe we will sign Richarlison - is tall enough for Jose, PL experience, and plays on the left!

Think that this is simply Jose's trick on Conte ahead of upcoming FA final. Conte seems distracted again since he tried to repeat exactly Jose's favourite quote "dont wanna discuss about players of other teams because it's disrespectful" when being asked recently if Chelsea was after Martial.

Poor Italian guy never learns, the more he plays this game against Jose, the worse he'll hurt his team and himself. Chelsea's bad form is back imminently

Think it will be Willian, Mourinho going safe with a big signing again.
