Signed for Southampton. Never heard of him before but joined for £12m and has a decent reputation in Belgium. Sounds like a fast winger with decent end product.

Is this another good find by Southampton and is he the type of player we wish we moved for before he reached Southampton like Mane?

Saying that, they spent big money on Guido Carrillo last year and he's been a complete flop. Sign good players in every position apart from striker it seems. Even Manolo Gabbidani started off on fire before his form collapsing and going back to Italy.

I'm no scout but Guido Carrillo looked a terrible purchase at the time. Maybe he could have turned things around ala Jimenez, due to his height. But he had a terrible goal output in Ligue en and was bought for 10m+ more than he should have been.

I like him a lot. Sporting were interested in him and I wanted us to sign him. Looks like the winger we could have developed well. Could be a good player for you guys.
