Don’t like him but thought he is a topic that should have his own thread

Previously he’s been in:
  • Conservative Party
  • Anti-Federalist League
  • UKIP
  • Independent
  • Member of the European Parliament
  • Before being one of the main protagonists in taking U.K. out of EU (Brexit)
Married twice, to an Irish nurse and then to a German national. His kids hold German and U.K. passports. He is now with an an Italian politician. He likes to get around Europe doesn’t he?

He now off course leads the Reform party (formerly Brexit party).

Big fan of Donald Trump

Probably my most disliked human in the UK right now. Utter cnut of a man, hopefully his fan club will eventually see they've been conned by the snake oil salesman before it's too late.

Did I say he's a cnut? I don't think I did enough, he's a cnut.

Professional politician who tells people not to trust politicians.

Cnut of a person.

Strong chance that it will be a very different country if he becomes PM. Corruption that would make even the tories blush.

Colossal piece of shit and evidence that even if you fail countless times, if you shout loud enough about 'bad' people you'll get where you want to be.

Wish him nothing but the worst.

On a serious note, I can never understand how any working class man/woman can relate to this absolute cnut. Even if sharing his abhorrent views on other races, he is just so far from your every day man it's unbelievable that anyone can feel any allegiance to him.

Thread title will be updated at one point to Nigel Farage - UK Prime Minister. I just puked everywhere.

Man who finished last in a by election that included a dolphin, but through 15 years of robust BBC support, will now be the next prime minister.

Just as an illustration of that support.
Jeremy Corbyn has been an MP since 1983, including important stints as loto, has appeared in question time on 5 occasions.

Farage, who was for the most part not elected to anything, then a MEP and now has spent a year as an MP for a prty with 4 total. Hes appeared on question time on 38 occasions.

As I don't live there anymore....how in sweet f'cl does that sh'tstain have a chance of being elected to anything?

He’s a good orator. But that’s where the good stops

Shades of Boris Johnson avoid him, he largely plays a character that the British love. The media have been all too happy to give him a stage on which to play it too.

This country would probably also elect Piers Morgan and Danny Dyer.

Corruption and incompetence that will make The Boris Johnson/Liz Truss days look like a golden era!

Farage in charge with a cabinet of Jeremy Kyle, Lee Anderson, Matt Le Tissier?

It really doesn't bear thinking about!

People fall for anyone who can directly blame someone or something else for their shitty lives and Farage knows exactly what people want to hear.

People also hugely mistrust the establishment so framing himself and his party as anti establishment is music to people’s ears.

They don’t care about the truth and don’t care if he’ll be even worse, they just want someone that makes them feel better. Blaming immigrants and being part of a big group that does bolsters their feelings.

Die-hard Thatcherite who wants to privatise everything, destroy the NHS and fill the pockets of his billionaire friends, while pretending to be a man of the people.

If anyone is watching Mussolini - Son of the Century, you can clearly see the parallels which allows facism to thrive. The similar occurrences even from that far back to now are uncanny. Sadly the thick idiots will always be fooled.

Is this a realistic possibility ?

He’s bookies favourite and I think will get a lot of American support from the right-wing grifters over there too

Personally I think it’s a shoe-in

Everyone still hates the Tories, and now everyone hates Labour too

He’s literally taken the piss out of the of people in the UK for 15 years or so.

After the absolutely calamity of Brexit and it not solving any of the problems he promised everyone it would, he’s back, blaming the same minorities, pretending he’s still the one to fix and fooling all the numpties into believing he’s anti establishment…. and people fecking believe him this time? It boggles the mind.

The NHS are still waiting on the money from that bus. Any day now apparently.

Interesting. I always viewed him as a fringe politician who would never gain any meaningful political traction.

It appears so.

While the polls point favourably to Reform, we are still just under 4 years away from an election. It's amazing how the thick idiots want to vote for this guy on migrant bashing alone as they haven't got any other policies. He wants an election now as he's not sure he can sustain it. The media are up his arse as well. However alot can change over the next 4 years or so. The American election before our next one might be a good indicator if the Democrats can win with someone like Newsom.

Typical fascism, whip the country up to a group you can hate and blame everything on e.g Migrants and the racists come out in force, Egged on by the media and ineffective politicians from other parties. Sadly the perfect storm.
