Nigel Farage - Reform leader

The anywhere but Clacton tour continues. This Cnut is trying to get near a military base so he can have a photo op about being rejected. There’s me thinking he’s a fan of border control.

feck sake! I'm heading to Mauritius soon. Hopefully that twat is gone by then.

Saw this cnut in Tesco in Bramhall this morning. I was made to wait outside by one of his enormous henchmen when I wanted to go in and pay for my petrol. He looked miserable as feck.

What right as his henchmen got to stop you going in to pay for your petrol? Man of the people Farage doesn't want to be near any of them when they're just going about their regular activities unless there's a photo op.

There is nothing wrong with postal voting. I have ran several elsctions. It allows so many more people to vote due to work etc and the rules are strict around it. What this Cnut fails to mention is that the people who use postal votes traditionally won’t vote for this Cnut so he wants to scrap it.

Feels like Steve Bannon is running the Reform party now. Everything is straight out of his playbook or just copying maga talking points.

Exactly, it's just a tactic to make it harder for working people to vote, as those people are in the age demographic that will not be voting for them.

going down the Trump "2020 election was rigged" route

I would have called the police on them. Or made up a charming ditty about ugly Nazis taking up space to blast out on my car horn while I waited for him. I did enjoy making a racket outside one of his terminally sad rallies in Shoreham a few years ago.

Are we in danger of throwing the baby out with the bath water? Farage is odious but do we treat EVERYTHING he says as a lie?

Isn't that more dangerous?

All these comments on here about what a **** Farage is yet shouldn't the debate really be about whether the voting system is being abused as he claims it was?

What stats do you have to debate the validity of his comments with?

The Muslim population in the UK for instance has rested between 3-4m over the last 10-15yrs, every Party has sent documentation / video etc in different languages for this same period. But it's only when Farage is on a platform that genuinely looks to take power that he starts grumbling about this. Screams of disingenuity and racism.

So, let's see some facts and figures about voting irregularities and then we can debate if it's worth reforming the entire system.

He does lie a LOT. That’s undeniable.
This tactic is one we’ve already seen employed by Trump, who Farage (and the Tory party before him) likes to copy

Its not exactly rocket science that if you continually put down a group of people, that they will vote against you en-mass

Or does that not fit in with your narrative?

The debate has been spread over multiple threads. Maybe you've missed it.

And yes, once he provides some evidence, it will be worth debate. Till then, it's conspiracy theories from a sore loser who's unable to explain why the very people he's denigrating all chose to vote against him. That seems pretty obvious to me.

People have been debating it. Anyone can make a random claim, it doesn't mean it's worth an official investigation. Most likely it's part of the ongoing tactic to flood the media space with stuff that makes people feel like "no smoke without fire" regardless of evidence.

There's no evidence to suggest which voters were abusing it. For all we know, it was Reform voters. But his implication is that it was Muslim voters, it's just the usual casual racism from a twat.

He's a snake oil salesman, never listen to anything he says, it's always twisted to suit his own agenda.

Be careful when replying, screenshots may be taken and used as evidence in court.

I for one think Farage is brilliant, everything he says is true and calling him a liar is one of if not the greatest danger democracy is facing atm.

I completely agree with you, balanced poster with no right wing agenda. We should pay less attention to the evidence and more to the dog whistling of Nigel Farage and Jim Radcliffe.

In fact I think everyone should vote Reform at the next election. We can't trust the elitist parties who are letting all the foreigners into the country with their muslin laws and taking are cuntry back is the only way we can win british empire cornish pasties

I have ran elections for many years so have a detailed understanding of the issue. He is talking bollocks, there is no abuse of the voting system, sure they may be isolated incidents which are dealt with. He wants to ban a way of voting where people do not vote for him and his party. He is a cnut and a liar. Alot of people on here are aware he is talking bollocks. If he wants to challenge an election as he has so much evidence he can challenge it within 30 days of the result through the court. He won't because he hasn't got any fecking evidence. He is a shit stirrer and a fascist.

Don’t even know much about Farage since I left the country but balanced views on here ?

You only have to go off his previous actions and not his words:

If you want to go a bit deeper in terms of critical thinking, then all of this noise from him is from the Steve Bannon destabilisation playbook - same arguments that Trump made about cheating in elections.

It is also worth noting that the independent electoral observers raised concerns about 32 possible instances of 'family voting' out of about 36,000, and there was no indication (not could there be) about how the votes were cast. Reform shut up about this within an hour or two on the election evening as well.

I wish he’d just feck off.

I mentioned elsewhere that my british-born mum and stepfather in the constituency both voted Green for the first time in their lives last week. They, like the 41% of voters, despise Farage and his party of clowns.

Reform chucked so much money at it, only for Greens to simply outdo them with people-power. They had thousands out canvasing and door-knocking, and did community events and litter-picks.

My wife was walking through Denton shortly before the vote and a Reform-branded coach drove past. She started laughing when she saw it only had one old couple on it.

The subtext here is that he'd remove postal votes and the right to vote entirely from anyone not 'British-born' if he came into power.

Perhaps if the local Muslim communities had hired a bus, plastered blatant lies on its sides and drove it around the constituency Farage wouldn't have had a problem?

Yep. The shite he spouts doesn't need to be true, just needs enough people to fall for it.

Pathetic. Anyone who doesn't holds a different view is automatically right wing?

Oh FFS here we go again...

Honestly it's like that kid at school who just had to make everything about them when they didn't get attention for ten seconds.

I'm going to go and eat chips until he gets the drama out of his system for another week.

What was personal about it? Him describing my response as sarcastically being indicative of a right wing supporter? Just because of my post??

To be fair, people have different levels of political engagement. You may not have been aware of Farages bullshit claims of democratic rigging. You can see now that he's simply the boy that cried wolf right?

I'm with you. Here's the documentation if you want to take this attack to the ECHR.
