I was under the impression that he can choose to leave at either u14 level or u16 level. Didn't mean a pro deal.

He's an U14 now, so he would've likely already signed a two-year extension up until he's an U16. He can technically leave at any point but it'd just be more complicated and take longer if he were to do it before the end of his U16 year.

Our defence is pretty poor the second half of the season. Cost us lots of points
City now 3-2 up, league gone, youth cup gone. I like this age group and thought they would clean sweep this year but looks like the neighbours will beat us to it. Fine margins though we are not far off as a group and some promising individuals

We’ll play Chelsea in the national final. They are an absolute joke of a team, if we manage to beat them I’ll be seriously surprised/impressed.

U14s beat Fulham 2-1 and are through to tomorrow's semi-finals. They'll most likely play either Chelsea or City.
The U15s were out in Poland today for matches against Wisła Kraków and Baník Ostrava's U16s. They lost 2-1 to Wisła then beat Baník 2-1.
Among the squad were:
