I saw a FB post yesterday about a line of tee shirts bearing a shark image captioning "Want a PIZZA me" with the A in pizza as slice of pizza. The judge who did that ruling - Loretta Preska - sure has an interesting judicial history. Including having ties to the federalist society, being close with the attorney who defended citizens united at the Supreme Court, and being instrumental in tearing down Dodd-Frank and the constitutionality of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and in doing so sided with mr. Kavanaugh.
