Monster second half. Much more like he was earlier in the season. Lovely to see that cross from wing back to wing back for his chance. Would probably give him man of the match.

His best game as wingback for us. Probably will start at RCB vs Sociedad and then again at wingback at Leicester as Dorgu will still be suspended.

What nonsense. He remained goal side of the attacking player to the point where he was forced in to playing a pass. Inside out
It was the turning inside out that gave the attacker time to pick his pass to the unmarked Rice.
I’m not blaming Maz for the goal but he should’ve done better. As a team Utd aren’t quick enough to stop opponents passing/crossing balls into the area.

What a player. Shows you that we dont have to spend 50m / 100m for gems.

I thought he was one of our best players on the day. Him and Garnacho were getting in behind the full back every single time.

His chance that Raya saved would have been some brilliant football. Very unlucky.

Fantastic second half! So influential. Goes to show how key the WBs are to this system.

Probably been our most consistent player this season. Fantastic signing considering the price as well.

Does this mean we can permanently bench Dalot now? Fingers crossed. Maz on the right, Dorgu on the left.

Your second sentence is a weird addition to a post about an excellent performance from him. You’re discussing a match where they did get a song out of him.
I mean long term. So many good players at this club end up considered 'deadwood'. If this players ends up considered that way it'll be a big failure of the coaching staff.

Don't think he did anything wrong + he gave us that silky nutmeg and great cross for Zirkzee, maybe the perfect game

He did United's best bit of play on the right wing, back to being great and measured on the ball again the last few weeks.

His return to form (especially at RCB) has been crucial since Martinez got injured - we desperately need his progressive passing and willngness to move into more threatening areas ever since we lost Martinez's ability to do that from LCB.

Maz has been our most consistent player this season along with Bruno. The best ETH era signing by far.
