We can't win anything with this trial-trio with no experience whatsoever at elite level.

Such a weak mentality his negative tactics making young boys look like prime bayern Munich.

We might aswell get used to not winning any trophy with him here.

No problem with his managment today. Should have rested Ronaldo and Fernandes but they didn't get 90 minutes and will be fit for Premier League.

Red card put us in difficult position.

This isn't just Europe. This season so far we've looked bad in 3 out of our 5 games. And he has a rolls royce of a team. He can't do shit like this anymore, it's time to deliver or leave at this stage.

Big fan of Ole but he pissed me off tonight. Why he decided to go 5 at the back and drop back and defend against Young Boys, I will never know.

10 men or not, we literally did nothing from am attacking point of view in the second half, which is disgraceful really.

I'm fuming!
Seriously. That was the worst performance I've seen from a manager. How is he this bad?

Well, shit show from start to finish, but the particular highlight for me was playing Pogba in the ridiculously ineffective Fellainiesque target man role for goal kicks. Especially when we had 3 ball playing centrebacks  :houllier:

After down to 10, it was a cowardly performance. Horrible subs.

Aren't we paying him something like 10 million a year? Please reassure me that it's money well spent.

The sending-off (which obviously wasn't Ole's fault) was the turning point which dictated how the rest of the game went. And you can't really account for Lingard's braindead backpass either.

That said, we regularly see sides play better with ten men than we did, even against much better opposition. And Solskjaer's changes weren't exactly faultless. So he can't escape criticism entirely because of the red. We shouldn't have been that bad following a sending off, especially against a fairly poor side.

3 and a half years here and still gets defeated by complete dross like this. He got Sancho Varane and fecking CR7 in one window and still can't do anything against young boys. Yes, we were a man down but at this point it's just impossible to deny the fact that he's an incredibly mediocre manager.

If Ole had some integrity, he'd start thinking of resigning here. Underperforming, weak mentality laden coach

It's really worrying that we haven't played a single team of note this season and we struggle so much to put 3 or 4 passes together. With one of the best squads in world football no less.

And he pushed to get a set piece coach hired this summer. McKenna and Carrick aren't going anywhere, the board like them and have said multiple times that they see them as part of the long term future of the club so regardless of what Solskjaer thinks about them, they aren't going anywhere.

It's easy to sit here and say stuff like this without any knowledge of what's actually happening in training.
I'd take a bit of substance out of the argument with the coaches because it took us quite a long time to get an additional coach while the issue is present since Mourinho days.

But I guess, we have different topics now :D

The fact that we fell deep and just played hoof ball against a bunch of nobodies tells you exactly how well drilled these players are. Guess who that's on.

You only need to look as far as Tuchel to see how a well drilled team defend with 10 men. He had Chelsea actually giving some back against Liverpool no less, not fecking Young Boys.

The team is not well trained on how to play with a man down. Not organized, don't know how to shut the shop, just playing casually kicking ball here and there. This is down to coaching not individual players alone.

AWB getting sent off and Lingard passing the ball to them in his own box with the last kick of the game is totally on Ole. You agenda pushing shit heads.
You realize Lingard was his own fecking sub, right ? Ole was the one who put him in the game instead of Cristiano fecking Ronaldo.

You are absolutely on a wind up, you support Ole more than the club. You’re saying he did everything spot on that entire match? Come on

If we don't get out of this group, Ole should ne sacked on the spot. That was a clusterfeck of a second half performance.
Down to 10, understand that we need to be focused on defending better but to play as if we were away to City or Liverpool. Even Chelsea were much better against Liverpool after going down to 10. Horrible performance, capped by that absolute moron gifting a goal in the last minute.

Give me a break. Resorting to a back fecking five against Young Boys, bringing on Lingard for Ronaldo, keeping Fred on when a blind man could see he was having a stinker. Wan Bissaka red aside, this is all on Ole.

Pathetic - he is a terrible tactical manager

He bent over the moment we got the red card. Joke - he never seems to know how to close out a game. Always invites pressure and his subs are more often than not completely baffling

Had a shocker tonight. Completely gave up control upon going a man down and subbed on Lingard. To do what exactly?

Red cards happen all the time, setting up the way we did was cowardly.

Everyone is a world class hindsight manager on the sofa when we lose. Thought his changes were good and we were seeing the game out for a hard-earned point rather comfortably until a HUGE error. That isn't on the manager.

If we fail to get out of this group he should leave.

No way after 3 years should we still be looking for an identity because I don’t see one. Just a bunch of individuals waiting for something good to happen.
