I’m surely reading way too much into this but in Amorim’s latest Sky Sports interview, he mentioned about signing a 17 year old on a free from a big club with no space. The vibe was this player was seen as an important, potentially first team ready signing. It could’ve been purely hypothetical of course.

I hadn't seen this link when I saw the interview but I did wonder who he might be talking about. Initially thought it might be him bemoaning missing out on Quenda, though it didn't quite fit.
I doubt Camara can come in and be a big player for us right away. My guess is, this is Amorim's calling card for a player who is yet to decided on his future. I.e. come to us, we view you as a big player and we have space for you.
This is a general comment about our strategy and is referencing if anything the Chido-Obi deal as he was 17 and out of contract at Arsenal.
I think it is even more befitting Ayden Heaven, I am surprised at his quality and his lack of chances at Arsenal.
