Well with Lindelof being the undisputed best I'd say probably Maguire.
Maguire isn't the quickest but he's a got a good head on him. Combative in the box at both ends, though he should arguably get more goals. He's our captain and marshals the defence well enough, even if he's not exceptional at it.
Bailly is in with a shout as he offers more pace. If we're up against pacey teams he's a great option. As you say, it always feel he has a mistake in him and that's the most worrying quality, other than his fitness.
In terms of rotation we've got good options. We'll never be a defensively solid team without a proper DM and that's arguably something for the coaching team to address come the summer.
