Child abuse, sexual abuse and racial abuse…

The mental strength to overcome everything this guy has is beyond explanation. I hope his words encourage others and motivate them to seek support.

Very brave of Evra, takes courage that.

hopefully with him opening about it will help other victims to open up and talk to someone.

The podcast with Steven Bartlett was one of the best I've ever watched. Brought tears to my eyes so many times. He talks about this as well as his challenging childhood in general, his time in Italy, why PSG decided not to sign him, first steps as a United player, racism and Suárez, a lot about Sir Alex but also plenty about life outside of football; his mental health, how he's been trying to unlearn the toughness he needed earlier to survive, about the mistakes he did with his first child etc. A great watch for any United fan, but especially for someone like me who considers Paddy one of their favorite United players ever.
