Rio and Evra are 10x the better ambassadors for our club than Scholes, Butt and Gary.
It was quite endearing seeing first Bruno and then Casemiro telling him to enjoy the moment when he was feeling shy to fully celebrate.
Mentioned this before in relation to Walker when we played Burnley. He absolutely terrorises full-backs and relishes every single minute of the battle. They absolutely do not fancy it with him at all, and the more they wilt, the more he goes at them. Not sure there’s a more relentless wideman in the league. He’s like a juggernaut that typical, wide-based players are not physically built to engage with, but on top of that, he’ll go at them even as they try to avoid him. It’s very entertaining to watch.
At wingback, his days were far from assured. He’s been one of the biggest benefactors of the position switch, if not the biggest.
We bought a raw, shy boy and moved him from Italy to rainy Manchester and get him to play for a clueless manager. Who would've thought that he could benefit from a manager who seems to understand players and the game and some game time.
He's always had some 'big paws on a puppy ' signs with his carrying stats, and a lot of raw features.
He's still not stitched on he'll reach his potential but he could be a very good player in his prime
Hes a bulldozer with the pace of a nippy little winger; dominates in the air too. Physical specimen.

Really didn't rate this guy for the longest time. Thought that his striking of the football was one of the worst I'd seen in a United player, under-hitting basic short passes, looping crosses out for goal kicks under no pressure.
Enjoying my humble pie over the last month or so. Long may it continue. Maybe a little credit should go to Amorim for calling him out on his sloppiness? Seems to have spurred him on and he's been much better since.

Well, until a few weeks ago many were drinking the Amorim kool aid and backing him and his stance on our players, and if he’d seen out the season, things would not look as they currently do.
But Carrick and Amorim are night and day in terms of instilling confidence and belief as well as expression and it’s helped Dorgu enormously.
Fantastic today, a shame he seems to have done his hamstring so I doubt we will see him for a while just as he was flying!
Dalot has always been a full back, Dorgu has spent his entire career as a winger, only our numpty ex boss attempted to turn him into a defensive player.
I hope he's not seriously injured. He's an infectious bundle of energy and City and Arsenal couldn't really deal with him.
I don't understand why people so confidently post things that can be proven false in 5 seconds with a google search.
His last few performances reminds me of when Gareth Bale transitioned from a left sided defensive player to a fast goal scoring part of an attacking front 3. I’m absolutely gobsmacked what Carrick has got out of him compared to the rubbish he offered earlier this season. Fair play!

He's a completely different type of threat to someone like Amad who twists and turns the fullback where Dorgu is just a juggernaut marauding the wing. Having these two contrasting flanks is a lot of fun to watch
I literally was about to post the same similarities to Bale, not getting ahead of myself. But the journey when he first join spurs is similar and the traits and Attributes (at similar ages) are similar. If he can continue in this form and be even half as good as bale his future is exciting.
He have wankers cramp after seeing his last two performances, so I feel his pain.
He’s really finding his stride now, was unsure of him initially especially at full back but he looks a completely different player on the wings

Personally still not convinced, he’s either blundering past defenders or blundering out for a goal kick. Never really looks like he knows whete he’s going or in control of the ball
But that being said, it’s nice that he seems to of been given simple instructions, run!

LB maybe, Shaw could probably use a week off
I know what you mean but sometimes what seems like a purple patch does end up being a player taking a step up and I think Dorgu might be going through that phase right now.

Even without the goal, he still had a fantastic game
Got the taste for it at the moment. Credit to him. I’d still like to see him ultimately develop into a long-term left back, but I’ll enjoy the ride for now.

I know but it’s still annoying, for me VAR should be obvious instances of cheating or an objective decision like an offside, it’s like they look for reasons to disallow something instead of using it for decisions where the referee obviously got something wrong
