Penalties need to be reformed

The only change I’d make is forcing the player who was fouled to take the kick unless they’re subbed due to an injury from the foul.

I don’t get why you should be able to choose anyone.

I'd like to see penalties only for denying a goal scoring opportunity (wether inside or outside the box).
Then freekicks for anything else.
There are too many soft penalties and also it would address professional fouls outside the box when players are clean through on goal.

Lewa's run-up yesterday was ridiculous.

If De Gea had saved it I think it would have had to be re-taken as he was off his line - but honstely, how do you stay on his line with all that stopping/stuttering etc.?

A penalty run up needs to be one constant motion in my opinion.
