Seems like they are moving away from his style so I'm not sure. It's not that surprising they've been below par the last two seasons and the types of players they are buying are much more direct/physical and it's likely why they brought in Klopp's assistant because this end to end style and set piece focus isn't really what Pep believes in. Arsenal might still mess up but will be the first time ever in his career he's missed two league titles in a row (off the top of my head) and there's no additional factors like City not spending, they just aren't as good as they were.
