Just picked it up for £19.99 on a Prime Day deal. Haven't enjoyed PES in years but it looks decent in some videos I've seen so going to give it a go.

Can anyone recommend a good option file for PS4?

PES Universe is the place to go. I have mine all set up and the kits look great.
