It certainly wouldn't be a bad option. Nuno for example is experienced (though not old) but coaching a Saudi team I think. If you could afford to release him from whatever contract he has there and he were interested then I'm sure he'd do very well.

I don't know what "the torrent of sexism & misogyny that has plagued the Portland Timbers & Thorns (& roiled their diehard fanbase)" is referring to, and maybe it's enough to make hiring Neville a fair issue, but in isolation pointing to those tweets from 10 years ago as cause for not hiring him seems a bit of a stretch.
