I remember a study into wages when companies made them fully transparent. Employees only cared about their wages compared to others, not if they felt underpaid.Not only that, it means decent players like Herrera can ask for £300k a week, because there's a flop contributing nothing on more. It also means we're stuck with said flop, because unless he is subsidized no one will have him.
