The final 15-20 minutes were hilarious, the game basically descended into farce. We politely allowed Joao Felix to get one back without making even a token attempt to hinder him in any way or form. At the other end, we probably could have scored another 5-6 goals after 4-0 and seemed to have an internal competition as to who can make the worst decision in front of goal.

Very entertaining, it has to be said. But mostly, it's relief. The season is over, I can breathe, and we've achieved our main objectives: Champions League qualification and a trophy.

Deserved Champions league football secured and trophy won equals a good first season for Ten Hag. Matter of fact top 4 and winning a trophy in the same season hasn't been done by Man United since Ferguson was manager.
