I am in shock that ole didn't want to win this. Greenwood and cavani won't be knackered by playing 5 mins more. Shocking, questions must be asked. I'm stunned.
I'm worried because we're not in the tempo of normal games. Too much dwelling on the ball, this game was craving for quick passing rather than running with the ball.
Deeply concerned about the total loss of momentum in the team. I don’t care if they are dead rubber games. The momentum looks completely lost and the sign of an elite team is they don’t half arse performances even at the end of a season as momentum gets lost.
Not the first time Lindelof and Wan Bissaka have been done on an aerial ball. Won't be the last. Plenty to encourage Villarreal again after last week's loss to Liverpool.
Out fought by a relegated team in first game back in front of fans. The difference between this team mentally and man City is absolutely terrifying. 5 points out of the last 15 on offer but we gave up, arsenal style, once top 4 was achieved. We are miles off.
Pretty terrible in truth. Fulham gifted us the ball time and again in fantastic areas and we just gifted it back. This team still has a massive arrogance about it where we seem to think we can just stroll through games.
15 points to City is a bit gutting but can't read much into this game. They are on holidays, we are just waiting for the EL final, at least the fans saw a nice goal
What a poor, pathetic display from the players. No desire to get more goals, no desire to come back after their equalizer. Lazy, lazy defending over and over again. This United side, manager included, didn't look like they're gearing up for a final today - it seems like they're off on a holiday.
We've had a great season, and it's crumbling away at the end. I don't think we are ready at all for Villareal.
