Bringing on Cavani and leaving on Martial was pointless. Bizarre decisions all round. Resting players for their Internationals. No bollocks in this side.

Based on the first half alone we deserved nothing. Ole was telling the truth that cups mean feck all.

Sign Ndidi. Fred...no words.

Decent chance of a final being on the ‘easy’ side of the draw too. What a mess.

feck off Lineker.

They weren't interested today, just not interested at all. Whatever the reason they basically threw this competition. No fight, no nothing. Disgraceful performance.

Individual misstakes costing us game. That happens. I’m dissapointed with some players but they are human. Hopefully Mctominay and Fred learns something from this. Martial in no form at all.
Yep. Typical. Always individual mistakes costing us. But then you criticise anyone for saying individual brilliance wins us games.

So not on Ole at all? Thought not.

Won't win anything with this back 4, Fred and Martial in the team and our extremely out of depth manager.

The new era is well under way

The irony of us being sponsored by TeamVision when we literally have no synergy.

Well played Leicester. Miles miles miles better than us in every aspect.

Absolutely nothing on display was to be proud of but if you say anything on here you’ll get called negative and a Debbie downer.

The martial number 9 needs to be changed now, he just can not play that role

Simply down to coaching. He is just simply not good enough, bar individual performances. Zero tactical acumen, questionable subs (ALWAYS like for like), no in game tactical changes, cannot inspire confidence, zero player management. The club will continue to wallow in mediocrity with him at the helm.

Ole fan boys....

Explain not starting Bruno and Shaw going into an international break..

Absolutely ridiculous.

100% on our bog standard manager who will never ever get a role with a top club when he inevitably loses his job.

We're just another top 6 team. This happens. Dark times as I can't see what the future plan is. We have a PE teacher at the wheel, driving us on the road to nowhere.

Doesn't help getting back from Italy on Friday.

No excuses though.

Fully expected a loss here tbh. We've had way too many games these past few months, too many injuries that meant we couldn't rotate enough and have just had a very tough game in Milan on Thursday. Leicester is also a very good team. Would've been nice, but with the timing of the game we really needed an easy tie to get through, no chance to win any tough game. Good time for the international break to refresh and get fit for the Europa League and cementing 2nd in the league.

Terrible. No excuses. Although MUTV coming up with plenty, Thursday game in Milan, bad day at the office. Look at the fecking manager for a change.

Really poor all round.

Nobody did much that was worthy of praise so it's probably incorrect to be picking people out, but Van de Beek and Martial were so disappointing. Neither seemed to want anything to do with the football, incredibly limp displays. When half your players in the attacking third are not interested in the ball or making runs it's going to show.

Sadly we also didn't manage to defend very well on a number of occasions to keep us in the game in the absence of much attacking threat.

That's on Matic that.

What a shite performance, and he was at the heart of that.

We really need him gone soon. And, we need to get a CDM who can do the job alone. This job share that Fred is doing with McT does not work in the long run. Pushes our best players into odd positions.

Utterly deflating. Totally avoidable goals the lot of them.

Wrong starting 11.
Lack of mobility plus an inability to pass to team-mates will make it very difficult for this bunch to win anything.☹

Shocking team selection, hope everyone who wanted rotation are happy

No reason to rest players today, I couldn't give a feck if they're knackard for their countries

We were awful and deserved to lose, which is a shame because we got over the line against West Ham and Milan. A shame we couldnt make it 3/3 but we go again.

Hard to take but we're still in a good position in the league and Europa.

Lack of squad depth. So once we rotated we were fecked.

Too many cheap options, too many youth players who arent ready and too many deadwood in this squad. We have only around 10-12 players who we can depend on.

How has this sort of performance become acceptable here? So many collapses and it’s just “ah well, let’s dust outselves down and go again”. So many times and so many excuses.

Occam’s Razor. The guy leading the team in these games isn’t good enough.

It’s time to get serious as a club again.

Leicester played really well, fair play to them. We looked leggy, and the drop off in quality when we make changes is obvious. We'd probably have more chance in the Europa league than the FA cup given whose left. We still have a lot of work to do to improve the squad it seems. I was really impressed with Greenwood, though. Took his goal well and looked top class I thought. Pogba did well too, hopefully he keeps stepping up as he gets his fitness back.

Don't know but Ole has some explaining to do. Matic and Fred....
We need players badly and this summer of only signing bench players is buying þ biting us in the ass. Shocking game this.

Matic, Fred, Van de Beek. What did Ole expect would happen. I know we played Thursday, but that midfield wouldn’t beat a Championship team. Low technical level from one, no legs from another, and no confidence or heart from the last. Can’t play, can’t run, won’t play. A painful watch from start to finish.

Well that was an awful performance. Leicester better in every area of the pitch.

I understood the rotation today as we can get close to sealing top 4 by beating Brighton. And if we progressed and never gave players a rest we'd get beat further down the line anyways. This leaves no excuses not to be winning the Europa league now though.

Very disappointed to go out like that. We made some very very poor and basic defensive errors and were punished on all 3 as good teams are likely to do. The first is obviously horrendous from Fred we don't even need to analyse that. But the second Tielemans is free to just run through us and the third had one of their forwards unmarked for the entirety of the set piece? How can that happen?

Outside of those three things I didn't think we were horrendous, but you can't make those mistakes. Annoying as a great opportunity at a final thrown away. The goal we did create was decent to be fair.

Oh well. Guess we just have to go all in to win the Europa League and make sure we get second place.

Leicester look a better coached team than us. Rodgers has done a fantastic job. It shows what great teamwork can do really.

Everyone was crap today. Greenwood gets some props for the goal, but that's it.
