Club needs to be sold and completely restructured top to bottom.
An actual coach should be appointed
We need about 12 new players

I despair. Just don't see the progression or where we're trying to go.

Awful. Only scored because city took it easy and made a mistake.

city getting away with murder again with tactical fouls most of the game but Dean doing nothing about it.

same as wolves, no real positives from that.

Just what I wanted from my Tuesday... listening to City fans take the p*ss for all night.

They live for it.

I’m gonna say it. Fred for Captain. How he is still running after being in a 1 man midfield for so many games now is impressive.

If we don't get a buyout soon we are going to have to suffer these kind of nights for years to come, even decades. The club is dead.

City took their foot off the pedal in the second half, their passing became alot more pedestrian, you could see it.

Yeah I mean, City are a way better team than us, so it's not actually a terrible result. Could have been much worse.

Please, please, please get Jesse Lingard out of this club.

The team really lacks quality. Whether Ole stays or not, we need some serious investment.

When a loss feels like a draw.

Good : williams, matic, greenwood, rashford
Bad: Jones, wan Bissaka (attacking), lingard, De gea (distribution)
Terrible: Lindelof

Better in the second half. However, the first half was so bad that anything would’ve been better.

We played a strong team. This means we are going for it. Lets hope Ole pulls some magic in the reverse tie

It was like a training session for City. We chased shadows all night and basically threw the tie away with our midfield selection. Practically out of League Cup in the first leg at home and our season will be over in a couple of weeks. We're not making top 4 with Ole in charge and will probably lose to Wolves in the FA Cup too. I don't even think the tie against Club Brugge in Europa League will be a walk in the park for us. They are runaway leaders in Belgian league and looked very good in the Champions League against Real Madrid at Santiago Bernabeu.

Get a manager who is a proper coach and has some standards, demands from his players and not tolerate being shit for months etc. and start again. Maybe we can salvage something from this season.

If that doesn't make the club spend money on midfielders this January - I don't know what will.

The gulf in quality is so visible. I miss the days where SAF lost a game and knew that he needed to get a player in to keep us competitive, no matter the cost.

As the biggest club in the world (tm) - I just don't understand the bullshit nature of our press briefings!

Won the 2nd half, Rashford got his 17th of the season and good experience for Greenwood and Williams

Dreadful, but i didn't expect anything more to be fair.

I like Ole but if they don't give him money for at least two good players this month there is absolutely no point keeping him on. In fact, he should probably just walk if he can't get them to open their wallets. Liverpool are way ahead of us in terms of their team and they have already invested in January. I don't give a crap about no value in the market. Others are finding it.

They got rid of Lukaku, Herrera and Fellani without any replacements. Even before these, there were gaping holes in the team that needed fixing.

Right now Ole hasn't got a hope of turning this around. I can remember as far back as Robson, Muhren and Wilkins and never in that time have we had such a bad midfield.

Ok. So we are without Pogba and the circus that he's current trailing in his wake but really....

Small pride restored by winning the 2nd half 1-0 but can't ignore that truly awful 1st half.

Good Rashford goal b it everything else was uninspired to say the least. Jones needs not play again yet Ole seems to still have faith...
