2nd confirmed. I sincerely hope it’s significantly better to watch next season....

If your Catholic watching Manchester United nowadays must count as some sort of penance.

No fringe young players to blame tonight. Jose will be furious

I think Mourinho gets too much stick at times but that was pathetic tonight. Team set up for a draw all night long.

Let's call a spade a spade. We're an awfully boring side to watch.

Still...progress and all that.

Boring boring Man Utd.

Job done, but with the the littlest amount of excitement possible.

That felt like Jose completing his homework on time.

Terrible game, but second place secured and De Gea finally gets his golden glove (scourser alert).

I can’t beleive we played for a draw. Running the clock down with those subs was embarrassing. Will he blame anyone tonight?

That was poor.

Mourinho looked completely uninterested in winning the match which I don't understand. We should be looking at building a momentum for the final not the opposite. There was no reason to remove Lingard if you're putting Rashford in. It didn't change anything and we looked as poor in the attack before it because we lost any link with the midfield. Keeping the 2 subs for the added time to waste time.

I know Mourinho is very happy and doesn't give a feck about that but that was pretty poor mentality from him and his players today. WHU were there for the taking.

Noble is a cnut and disgrace.

Last few games have been dire to watch. We played for a 0-0 against Moyes West Ham today. It feels like the season is already over and we can't bother much.

Noble is a herpetic ulcer of a human being. That is all I have taken from this game.

Second place cemented. That's all that matters.
