If UTD can sign a striker 6th and if we also sign FDJ then 4th.

For those who have picked Spurs over Chelsea - do you think that Kane and Son (..and Conte) are worth more in terms of points than a starting XI with 9 other better players? They are the only 2 players of their starters that I would have in a combined XI anyway.
Conte is a better league manager than most, even though he wasn't my preferred choice for United manager. In a one off match I would probably have Tuchel over him but for a league I would take Conte.

Directly under the sun... NOW!
Up to (and including) me list a few posts above, preliminary data looking like this:

1st place
Man City 106
Liverpool 21
Man United 3
Chelsea 2
Spurs 1

2nd place
Liverpool 74
Man City 22
Spurs 20
Man United 10
Chelsea 6
Arsenal 1

3rd place
Spurs 53
Liverpool 32
Chelsea 22
Man United 16
Man City 5
Arsenal 5

4th Place

 We really had no idea. Who would've predicted the bestest striker ever would ruin the bestest team ever

Sigh

1. Liverpool
2. City
3. Spurs
4. Chelsea
5. Arsenal
6. United

I’m not even convinced that’ll be it tbh.
In my defence I wasn’t convinced.

Did anyone predict Arsenal winning the league?

Who in Spurs and Chelsea are you shifting aside to achieve top 4?

Spurs squad depth has really improved this transfer window and Chelsea regardless too Tuchel outburst the other day, have signed 2 major signings

I actually think ETH could be ideal for the elite Clubs ie United, there’s a necessary coldness about him I feel is perfect to be an elite manager but he’s still unproven at this level to an extent (great CL runs with Ajax), but you feel he could push aside 2 of the top managers in world football with their bolstered squads?
Guess I should have pushed out 3 top managers and their bolstered squads.

I do think Liverpool slips. Arsenal are coming together. And I wouldn't be surprised if someone knocks Chelsea or Tottenham out. I think they'll both have issues and won't be surprised if one or both managers end up on the hot seat.
I underestimated Pool. But I was more than right about Chelsea and Tottenham regarding their managers' statuses. Don't think I foresaw Chelsea burning through two of them, though...

Guardian predicted City, Pool, Spurs, Chelsea, Arse, United in that order. People who make a living writing or talking about football are just as clueless as we are.

And why do "experts" tend to overate Liverpool and underrate United? It seems that they do it consistently, even the ones who are not Liverpool fans.

The other thing is how many managers they bigged up, only for said managers to get fired.

1. City - though it's difficult to do 3 in a row, no reason why Pep can't.
2. Liverpool
3. Chelsea - Tuchel is too good
4. Spurs
5. Arsenal - was Utd but the summer continues getting worse for them
6. Utd - just
I have time for this one.

I don't know why but this is my prediction. Even think Spurs can battle for title if some things go their way. I'm probably going to look like a fool in May 2023 but let's see
Well I guessed City winning it and Arsenal being in top 4. Missed everything else.
