Big one tonight. Liverpool tend to struggle at Goodison in recent years and they're on a bad run but we have a really depleted squad and they rested most of their big boys on the weekend. Final derby at Goodison so you'd imagine the fans will make sure the players are up for it.

Any excuse to post about what happened last time.

We're all rooting for you.

I will flick between the Celtic Bayern game and the Everton Liverpool derby, not expecting a great game in either.

Today is the day of the underdog.
Everton to smash Pool 3-0 and Celtic to scramble a 2-1 win v the German giants.

Everton: Pickford, O'Brien, Tarkowski (c), Braithwaite, Mykolenko, Gana, Garner, Doucoure, Lindstrom, Ndiaye, Beto.
Subs: Virginia, Begovic, Keane, Harrison, Young, Alcaraz, Iroegbunam, Sherif, Heath.

Liverpool: Alisson, Bradley, Konate, Van Dijk (c), Robertson, Gravenberch, Mac Allister, Szobozslai, Salah, Diaz, Gakpo.
Subs: Kelleher, Endo, Quansah, Tsimikas, Jones, Elliott, Alexander-Arnold, Jota, Nunez.

I wouldn't say we're on a bad run. We've won our last three league games and drew the previous one at Forest, and just beat Spurs 4-0 in a cup game. Or did you mean at Goodison?

Will be an Everton win tonight, a fitting send off for Goodison.

Liverpool's implosion should start from now (if we aren't counting the FA Cup)

First time we've started a PL game with no English players in the first XI.

Liverpool really struggle at Goodison and I think that will continue today. A 0-0 or 1-1 wouldn't surprise me.

Wasn't a free kick but trash from Konate. Fell asleep.

Moyes has instantly improved Everton and Beto is now looking like one of the best strikers in the league. Hats off Moyesy!

If Pickford had adult arms it would be 1-0 still

D'oh 1-1, amazing MacAllister got a free head amongst Everton's giants.

Meh. Would have been nice to hold on to the lead for 20 minutes atleast.
