Brighton second on November 30th. Who would have guessed that ! (If the win obviously)

Soton actually play good football. Their mistakes in games is what kills them. They remind me of a better version of Swansea under Laudrup.

Martin saw Kompany and thought he could be the next Bayern manager too.

But Swansea under Laudrup were good?

Just send Southampton down
The brain dead tactic of passing around at the back is infuriating to watch

Are you moonlighting at the BBC too

What crazy season. 2 through 10 are separated by 7 points and all of those teams have a real good chance at top four. The rest of the fodder are 7 points from the relegation zone.

How the heck can it take this long for a check.

VAR is a shambles, should have brought in the semi automatic offside when they had the chance.

That Southampton second is clearly offside no? The guy who doesn't touch it is offside and surely interfering with play?

He doesn’t really interfere does he? He just stuck out a leg. He hasn’t impeded anybody. Tough call either way.

Guy in the middle was offside and obviously interfering with play. i could have told them that in 5 seconds.

Why were they zooming in and out constantly for like 2 mins. Jeez they’re useless

That's exactly my issue... They spent minutes drawing lines with the accuracy of a NASA engineer, to then look at the big elephant of the play and go "oh yeah he's probably interfering"... It's so shit.

What do people think of Evan Ferguson these days? He’s had a lot of injury issues, but two seasons ago people were talking about a mega transfer, the reincarnation of Shearer etc. What’s the feeling now?

I feel like a fair few of us were preaching caution at the time, and while that had been borne out in the short term, do we still feel like he’ll be a great player in the long term?

Saints can look quite threatening going forward. But until they sort out their suicidal passing from the back they'll always drop points.

Feel Arsenal will drop points tonight and Crystal Palace v Newcastle feels like one of those games that's played every other week.
