Bielsa has re-emphasised many times that he’s not going to change his style of play. When teams start to work out how to close down their attack, they’ll start struggling. They could be in a relegation battle as early as next season if they don’t a) invest significantly in some adaptable defenders or b) implement a less open and suicidal style of play. I would suggest they consider doing both.

At least VAR has stopped those "earnt" penalties.
Why did such an obvious dive take so long to resolve??? Less than a minute was enough. I'm starting to seriously question the faculties of these referees.

This is why I’ll never say bin VAR. The 1mm
offside is nonsense but that can be easily resolved with better rules and common sense. The biggest compliment I can give VAR is 90% of the time, it helps the ref eradicate cheating. Need to question Marriner’s decision not to book Tella though.
