Some interesting games this weekend. Can easily see Liverpool and Chelsea winning while ourselves and Leicester drop points.

Wolves have not been my favourite team in the world this season, but I'm mainly rooting for Fulham because I'm hoping a Newcastle relegation would give Ashley a wake-up call and convince him to start running his club properly. Optimistic, I know, but I generally feel that after three or four seasons of consistent mediocracy, it's probably time to go down.

Taking us over Spurs (Rashford scores a brace), West Ham over Leicester, a dour draw between City/Leeds (one eye on Dortmund), a win for Liverpool, a draw for Chelsea.

Newcastle have been relegated at least once recently... Did that change Ashley?

Adama Traore has had the most shots (27) without scoring in the PL this season. Only 1 assist all season as well.

I think we'll drop more points tbh. Tuchel will heavily rotate and prioritise Porto.

While it's likely to backfire (will put us up against it for top 4 and we're still far from favourites to win CL) I'm glad we're not going down the route of prioritising qualifying for next year's CL over trying to win this one.

The game is fecked, lads. Sorry, but we've let old men in dinner jackets ruin human behaviour and freedom on the field. How the feck is that offside? In anyones language?

Unfortunately football has taken a backwards step with the introduction of VAR.

Before this did anyone actually notice marginal offsides? I can't recall ever spotting a goal against Chelsea falling into that category and if i did I would have just been like whatever.

VAR should be there for obvious errors and leave the marginal ones alone.

What are those things in the far stand? People? Scarecrows? Cardboard cutouts?

Touché, but I'm hoping it's like losing a kidney where you can carry on as normal the first time but are in deep trouble the second.

I wonder who actually dresses Scott Parker.

Would have liked to see the barcodes go down, but they'll struggle to feck it up as much as they'd need to now. Nobody with anything left to play for but the top 4 spots after 30 games. Seems par for the course lately. :(

Fairly sure tonight was it for Fulham, played 2 games more now than Newcastle above them and West Brom below them

After last weeks result feel it'll now be between West Brom and Newcastle for that last spot

City’s bench is something else
Walker
Rodri
Dias
Gundogan
De Bruyne
Marhrez
Jesus

Not many clubs they all wouldn’t start for

Boo. Our bench is better. Prime Amad alone is better than anything City can offer.
