Wanted Everton not to win to set up an exciting last day but really I never wanted them to go down. They are a proper club with good history

Everton win and stay in the Premier League

Fans were an embarrassment though for the 3rd goal with that pitch crap

Unbelievable block by Mings but how has Weghorst not finished that?! Any sort of lift off the floor on that shot and it was in.

Still maintain stadium invasion should be point deduction. Potentially it could be dangerous for players.

It may seem embarrassing to be celebrating this much but relegation could have seriously broken this club. We still are in the shit but this makes us in the shit less than the deep pile of shit we would have been if we got relegated.

Where will this pitch invasion fascination end?
Soon these plonkers will be storming the pitch when there's a corner.

There's nothing hilarious about the reaction. Staying in the league is way more important for a club than winning a cup or league. Lot of clubs never recover from going down.

This was absolutely massive for Everton

Burnley need to hold on to the draw. Should be enough for survival.
Last day of season results can often be very unpredictable

Burnley might well lose to Newcastle and Leeds only then need a point at Brentford

No need to explain yourself mate. Surviving relegation is worth celebrating. This was a huge thing for Everton. Buzzing for you.

I’ll never understand why people have such a cynical view on fans celebrating survival.

So Everton are safe but I wonder if they can stay up next season. Wasn't there a article that they face some kind of a punishment because of the FFP?

Great comeback by Everton, brilliant. At 50th minute it looked like they would get relegated, 40 minutes later they are safe and won't care about their last game. Good result for Arsenal probably as well.
