4 at the back for the first time under Nuno out of necessity with Coady missing his first game since aug 2017, Saiss would have replaced him but had a positive covid test
Not a bad result considering the disruptive build up to it, Southampton are a very good team.
Wouldn’t be surprised to see 4 at back again judging from Nunos post match interview.

What’s the fecking point
I've seen him a lot and there is a point. Ignoring the good patch he had with Koeman one season when Pelle (IIRC was injured) he doesn't score many. But where he is useful is when we find ourselves sitting deep like last night. His pace sometimes means that the opposition doesn't push up the pitch as might be possible. That he can't score seems to be ignored.

And this was goal of the season (same game as Mané's hattrick)
