I know, can you imagine?
That was my reaction as well. It's also so nice of Sergio Ramos to tell Pogba the door is open for a transfer Real. What would the world do without Sergio Ramos?
I shamefully actually read the article and it's a horrendously misleading title. If Declan Rice goes for anywhere close to £90m, I will genuinely sack off top flight football and just start watching lower leagues.

You worry that we might be stupid enough, just to show the fans we are backing Ole. I understand where he wants to go, but don't let other clubs rip you off. It has happened far too often.

Don't think we will get him cheap either. The match against Liverpool, if he plays, will show if the Manchester City was just a flash in the pan.

I like the lad Rice, think he's an excellent player, but 90 million is surely pundits taking the proverbial piss. He's an effective player in a role we are screaming out for, but surely no more than 50 for him, and even that is generous. World has gone nuts.

Its ridiculous, not an ounce of fact to the story, just Noel Whelan saying Rice could could move because he has huge potential and will atttract big clubs, he could go for 90 mil because Maguire went for 80 mil and United could be interested because they are lacking in midfield. How the feck that translates to United lining up a 90 mil bid I will never know!

Haha just read the source of this "rumour" Noel Fecking Whelan, slow news day and not a chance anyone pays 90 mill for Rice. Must be his mate or something or Noel has been on the piss when he got interviewed.

I'd actually like us to sign Rice, I think he's an excellent young player with great potential in an area that's not easy to find good players. Having said that, 90m? Yeah, that's bollocks. I wouldn't surprise if they held out for 75m though.

Extending Lingard for another 5yrs, based on ZERO GOALS OR ASSISTS in this calendar year?

Sounds like exactly the sort of thing we're capable of and fits perfectly with our settling for abject mediocrity.

If we're looking at taking a gamble on young midfielders then kalvin Phillips at Leeds would probably be cheaper. His passing and tackling stats are terrific. I don't see the point in spending crazy money on lads like longstaff who are far from proven when there's lads in the championship.

Pogba won't be leaving in January but will be out the door next summer, 100%.

Maddison I reckon will be his replacement. While he's a good player, he isn't on Pogba's level. It would be a step down, but, my only positive slant is that Maddison is at least consistent in terms of PL performances.
