Is that the top limit for threads?
It's probably how the forum displays the count, like you will be 1m, 100k and 13 views, but it only displays the highest bracket of the count. You can see this in most of the view counts as they are in thousands or not. Not as cool but it'll change when you get to 2million!

The data is there, it's just not displayed to us, at least I assume so, there is a techincal limit to any field in a database, but it's probably in the trillions.
