The one in the rules. We didn't use a single one in the reinforcements.
@harms am a bit swamped atm, so will let you know tomorrow if it's not a problem.. Do you have any preference?
It was open in previous reinforcement round for that round. Didn't say it can be carried over!

Yes. Every round when announcing the criteria I mention if FIT would be open or not. Same applies here.
Since it is in the rules, you kinda had to rule it out and not say you know...
Clearly indicating we go on as per previous rules in which we can use FIT in any reinforcement round.
