Yeah which can be a problem. He ain't going to fire a coach that isn't up to the standards but whom he knows for over 10 years, is he? Sometimes you need to appoint outsiders in certain roles to get a new perspective on things, doesn't always work but I feel we are at the stage where it is really necessary because the description "mates FC" unfortunately hits the nail on the head about our current state.
