Ralf says: You could line up top four teams in the last 50 or 60 years - go on then. What are your 4 teams?

What are the rules? Can the same player be named in two teams because they bridged eras? For example Scholes can be named in the treble era team and the 2008 team. Or is it just an aggregation of the best players if the last 60 years, divided into 4 teams?

Then you can pick either our 85 FA Cup squad or the 2009/2013 Premier League winning teams..

I found this statement odd. Ferguson made that amount himself.
I think he was talking about genuinely elite players, of which Ferguson you can probably get 3 from and then between Matt Busby and the era in-between you could get another.

The 93/94 double winners were the embodiment of 4-4-2. It SAF could have fielded that team in Europe they would have come close to winning the CL good and all as AC were.

The Busby Babes - that team would have won at least two European Cups.
The 66-68 team.
1993/94 would have won the Champions League or European Cup if it wasn't for the foreigner rule.
The 1997 - 1999 team. Should have the 1997 Champions League.
The early 2000s (similar to 99 but with some additional players like Ruud and Beckham combo. We should have won 2 Champions League titles if we had managed the goalkeeper succession).
The 2006-2009.

If there's a multiverse, there are few Man Utds with 10 Champions League titles. It has just been extreme bad luck that we only have 3 in the universe.

Oh great. So he’s a massive draft weirdo as well. He’ll start talking about his fantasy league team soon and really complete bellend bingo.
