Come on... For Rashford to get a permanent move he'd have to take a wage cut.
If he was willing to take a wage cut, he'd be getting sold this summer instead of another stupid loan.
He has every intention of milking this club dry for the next 3 years by getting loan after loan and keeping his current wage.
Also remember if we ever get back in CL his wages go back up so he's even less likely to accept being sold to a team where he'll have to take a wage cut.
And with each passing year he declines further and he becomes less attractive proposition to potential buyers.
The only way we sell him is if we flat out refuse to loan him and tell him he'll be training with the reserves for the rest of his time here if he chooses to stay. Then he has to accept a wage cut elsewhere to get a permanent move. And we will have to drop the asking price, no chance anyone's paying £40m for a player who's washed.
