Something in that region i suppose. A loan with an option to buy is also plausible.7.5m + 5m spread over 5 years
Will be up there with Moyes getting fired for me. Two of our worst signings/appointments since Fergie left.He is by far the worst player I have ever seen start consistently two seasons in a row at this club.
We have finished 8th and 15th two seasons in a row, our two lowest finishes Post-Fergie, with him as our starting striker.
The day he leaves will be up there with one of my happiest days as a United fan.
He's against Onana and Altay in goalIt’s a shame we don’t play all our matches at Carrington with someone filming him for Insta, as he turns into prime Van Nistelroy when that happens.
They are finding it tough to land RKM, so this might be them looking at aternatives or just spooking PSG to lower their price on him . No way can they afford rashford, neither is he taking a paycut. The press just likes to link us to Juve.
Just like Sancho and Antony...A loan would be good I have confidence he will score a few goals in Italy and return with a raised value and ultimately a better player
Just like Sancho and Antony...
We should just sell if there is any interest
Didn't work with Sancho but sure why not
Juve transfer hitlist:
A player from Manchester united
Hojlund's the only one where I think a loan would actually be fine.Sure but no loans
A loan next season where the team he goes to covers the wages and pays us a loan fee won't be a bad deal at all. If he can bang them in his value will definitely increase and with the he has time left on his contract it would allow us to command a fee in the region of gbp 40m+ for him. The striker market is very shallow and he would become a hot commodity if he can bang in 15+ goals for Milan or Inter.
Yes it's worked quite nicely for Inter and NapoliTo be fair, its been a decent strategy for other Italian teams
Didn't work with Sancho but sure why not
The only links I have seen are from Italian teams and I doubt anyone of them is going to pay over EUR 20m for him. His stock is at the lowest at the moment. Need something positive to get even half the amount we invested in him.A loan isn’t the answer for me. He’s a poor player, and whoever loans him simply won’t care enough to persist with him after a few games of rubbishness. The investment is too minimal, anything he provides them is a bonus, whereas if they actually invest real money and buy him, he may come good if given a proper chance.
Send him on loan to somewhere he will start then.A loan isn’t the answer for me. He won’t be going anywhere until we get another striker also. Amorim may not be a fan but Rasmus and Zirkzee are his only senior strikers and he won’t let either go without another striker coming in.Send him on loan to somewhere he will start then.
You're also assuming he'll be as bad as he was last season for his new side, which is unlikely to be the case. Although I don't rate him, last season is as bad as it will ever get - he's playing the toughest league in an underperforming team with huge pressure and scrutiny and it ruined his confidence.
He's proven at an earlier stage of development that he can do alright in Serie A. He must start for some top half sides in Italy who really need a striker. Getting double figures league goals in Italy, his book value will be less next summer and flogging him for £30m suddenly becomes feasible.
Agreed. Late window loan move. I just hope us being too nice to him doesn't backfire and he deludes himself that he can stay and fight for his place. At some point you have to be brutal and tell him categorically you won't get starts this season if you stay so you need to accept the loan.He won’t be going anywhere until we get another striker also. Yeah completely agree with youTake the deal! Before they change their minds!
