If Sesko comes in and plays as our first choice striker, we still need options off the bench. Chido could benefit from some minutes, possibly at a lower level to develop him game more, so I could see the sense in loaning him out. At the same time, maybe Amorim wants to keep him around the squad to aid in his development.
Where we are at the moment, Sesko would be first choice, with Hojlund and Zirkzee duking it out to see who can make an impact from the bench. Or, they're all competing for that spot if Sesko runs into bad form or picks up an injury.
This being said, I'm very open to all options. Last season, neither Hojlund nor Zirkzee did enough to cement their position as starting striker and neither scored anywhere near enough. Both have flaws. Zirkzee's lack of pace is an issue for me, as is his very suspect shooting. On paper, Rasmus should be doing a lot better than he is, but the game is played on grass.
My preference would be to loan Chido, start Sesko, and allow Rasmus and Zirkzee to provide options off the bench. However, I feel that if we are able to make money off either Rasmus or Zirkzee, we will probably do it. I don't feel strongly enough to consider this a good or bad move personally.
