RAWK Goes Into Lockdown 25/26 Shieldless Edition - £500m down the drain, the champions have dropped points again!

Humpty Dumpty, sat on the wall

From top of the PL, 'Pool had a great fall,

Salah, Virgil, and all of Slot's men

Couldn't win any more matches again
Nice.
I didn't realise until I watched motd that it was a 90+ equaliser :lol::lol:

feck Fester. Fake content-farming scouse cnut. Someone make a Fester thread. This is about Liverpool fans forum (RAWK and Reddit).

I've never understood it either. It's wild to be me that anyone would want to watch some clueless gobshite watch the game and talk nonsense instead of actually watching it themselves.
My assumption has always been that it’s people who don’t have a subscription to actually watch the games. So they still kind of get an live experience.

Well that just confirms my strong suspicion that these people are morons. It's not difficult to get a stream to watch it live.
Well I agree, but I consistently see people post “Anyone got a river” on this site, instead of just Googling “football rivers” and closing two pop-up ads to watch the game for free.

I get that but the old farts who know sod all about online stuff. Everyone should get a firestick easiest way to do I think.

Maybe only a small part of their audience doesn’t actually watch the game, but if you look at the live chat, most of them are watching. It's a watch along type of content after all. Sometimes the streamers lag behind and the chat spoils the score, or the stream the streamers are watching goes down

I wouldn't be so sure, I've heard lads at football who said they would have this sort of shite on in the background while watching a game, or instead of commentary.

Slot in that jacket again. Makes him look an even bigger helmet.

I am ready for the fallout

Lovely stuff

I'm hearing that 5th place is all but certain to be a CL place, so let's hope they finish 6th

they do have the toughest run-in amongst the 4 team fighting for 3 to 5..

their last 7 games include games against Us, Chelsea, Villa, Brentford and Everton.

i see them finishing out of CL places..

Never trust anyone who goes for the chubby-and-completely-clean-shaven-head-and-face look. Just terrible judgement.

Edit: This was meant for the Slot thread. But applies to Fester as well I guess.

That kid from wythenshawe who is now 35 finally reached his potential to score 2 goals against loserfool

Proud of welbeck zup zup say nada

Reddit/liverpool
Hate to say this - Brentford and their players deserve that UCL spot over us.
At least I'm glad for Kelleher.
And hendo.
That'd be massive for Brentford.

I'd rather them than Chelski cheating some more out of English football.
Agree. It would be a win for football if they make Europe.
...
Can we have the media putting more pressure on Slot please?
If we were united the media wouldn't let slot sleep. It's shocking how much of a pass he gets
Because the club has obviously told the journos that Slot isn't being sacked regardless and any journo who starts gunning for him will lose access to the club.

FSG has our journos on a tight leash and the downsides of that are very apparent now.
Remember those talks of Slot's contract extension before he nosedived? My biggest fear is that Hughes extended the contract, and wanted to wait for a good moment to announce it following the losses, but that moment never came.
Carra and gerrard both complained and carra even called for him to be fired. but it means nothing really.
As it should not. He is under pressure and pundits should not be the one deciding anything
Time and time again were told that the club filter out all the noise from the media and it has zero impact on their decisions.

It's the fans who'll make a difference. The booing after the Spurs game had a BIG effect on the players and Slot. If that keeps happening it won't be ignored.
the club is protecting Slot.
Its stupid that we’ve become Slot’s Make a Wish wish. Its like “you can feck it up that much, it’ll be okay”. I’m calling it now, he’ll be sacked and he’ll return to Netherlands and say to Dutch media he wasn’t given enough time by Liverpool and its ungrateful fans.
...
Get me out of this nightmare. I’m going to rewatch some klopp era matches.
I'd even settle for 2nd stint Dalglish at this point
3rd, and I’d prefer that over Gerrard
Think he means he’d prefer the football from Dalglish’s 2nd stint over what he’s seeing, not suggesting that we bring Kenny back haha he’s a bit old these days
...
We couldn't beat Spurs at Anfield when we had 2 injuries and they had 13
I can't believe we're risking CL qualification this much. Just get an interim in, Christ.

450m pounds spent and in the Europa League! If you're not embarassed by that you're lying to yourself. Just give him the fecking boot.
Europa League? Try Conference League
...
Man Utd at least had the courage to sack their manager in an attempt to save their season.

I can’t understand why our club thinks it’s worth jeopardizing the rest of the season by letting Slot see out the year.

The inaction behind the scenes is almost as infuriating as the dumpster fire on the pitch.
What do you mean attempt to save the season? It has saved their season
The point is they did something when it became clear the season was in jeopardy.
It's too late for us now. It's been obvious since November that Slot isn't the right man going forward, but nothing has happened. With the fixtures we have left, it's simply too late.
Man utd have been sacking managers for the last 10 years
Yeah, blows my mind that someone could look at the tenth United manager of the past decade, sacking after sacking after sacking, and say “that’s what I want; how brave!” Mental.
And guess who will be in UCL next season ?
And we have mocked them relentlessly. This time round, we are the joke
...
don't attend many games these days but one of mates still does, he mentioned the fitness drop off is evident in games but mentioned the warm ups look slack and lacking intensity. It's not usually televised so just wondering if any other match goers can weigh in on it?
I’ve heard match goers say the players don’t look fit since near the beginning of the season
...
I don’t see the club spending money on sacking Slot and his assistants, then hiring an interim manager and his assistants and then getting a new manager and assistants in the summer. There’s only 1.5 months left of this season. The only way we get a new coach is if that coach will be our coach for the next season and onwards.
Then I suppose they're fine with the money they'll miss out by not qualifying for the CL.

A lot of money, that is.
Take Stevie G as an interim until we can get Xabi, no? Seems legit to me!

All of those teams can finish above them

They’ve also got an FA Cup match against City and CL QFs against PSG.

Can Slot being sacked by mid April. Hopefully the 20th… “Moyes Day”.

I'll pretend that Milner is still a Liverpool player, the bloke is a vampire. What a performance
He is a different breed. Pure hard working player with talent.
Type of player our squad is missing - we need a dressing room leader that comes on and puts in a shift, even if they aren’t the most technically gifted
If our players were half as fit as Milner we wouldn’t have lost 10 games
It’s not just fitness, we lack that tenacity we once had in the middle, we’ve gone too crafty and not nearly enough graft in the middle
I'd love a captain with Milner's mindset, van Dijk is a great player but not always the best leader.
Stop with this nonsense, when shit hit the fan Milner was one of the worst players on the pitch along with the rest of them. There's never really been the point where we were really struggling, and it turned Milner was actually the answer.
...
No matter how many gifts we are given by other teams, we seem utterly determined to not take a single one of them.
The truth is that all three teams around us going for top 5 are shit. We are somehow even shitter.
Slot is a genius for making all teams play like prime Barcelona against Liverpool
...
I just don't agree with the idea we won't finish in the top 5. I'm not saying it's guaranteed or anything, but it's also not like it's some sort of remote possibility.
I still see us finishing 5th with Villa finishing 6th.
We are not finishing 5th if Slot is staying.
At the moment it absolutely is. Where are the points coming from? Not having a go btw, I just think we have an expectation that we will get top 5 because we're Liverpool, but the actual data tells a completely different story.
We're in 5th and it's not like Villa and Chelsea are playing that well.
If we keep up our average, which already includes 10 losses, we stand a better than decent chance of finishing 5th. That's not optimistic. That's being realistic.
Just sack the Bald Fraud already
It was obvious back in November; he's been out of his depth the entire season.
We’re just awful. There isn’t a phase of play that Liverpool are particularly good at right now.
  • We’re bad when teams come at us
  • We’re bad when teams sit back
  • We’re bad on the ball
  • We’re terrible off the ball
  • Defensively, we’re a joke
  • We’re tired
There doesn’t seem to be a cohesive game plan that works week to week.
So many injuries, and we’re so burnt out. I’ll see you all in 2 weeks time from now when we crash out the FA Cup after another Saturday 12:30 PM away kickoff.
Outrun and outfought in just 27 of 31 games played in the PL this season.
If that stat doesn't tell anyone what the issue is, then I don't know what will.
What an absolute catastrophe this season has been.
I think going over everyone's heads is the elephant in the room. The squad and Slot are coming off of one of the darkest days in club history, I have utmost respect for him and everyone who won #20. I am in the SlotOut group the same as everybody else in this sub, but I think it's disingenuous to view this season through any lens other than the brutal truth of the tragedy that has completely impacted this season.
My worst fear is we don't get top 5 and the board still give slot another season to turn this joke of a ship around which he wont
Nothing new, average lucky coach in mission to destroy what Klopp built.
Did the Dutch prick explain why he brought on a midfielder for an attacker in the 5th minute?
And put Gakpo up front. Why is Gakpo even starting thw man's been trash for a whole season.
gakpo is an amazing player. seems like he is something of an darkhole himself. any attack that goes through him just disappears.
...
I can already see the “financially irresponsible targets” headlines from journalists for when we miss out on signings due to not qualifying for CL.
don't really get why people seem to be addicted to amplifying the misery with scenarios that haven't even come to pass yet.
God knows we are shite enough on the pitch to have more than enough to moan about without getting into soothsaying.
Maybe because that’s likely to happen? Mentioning this is just to summarise how much of an effect keeping Slot is going to have on us in the coming season.
...
What are Slot's post match comments like. I'm more entertained by his mental gymnastics than our football atm.
This summer we need so much and will get so little.
Milner 40 years old, Grob 34 years old and Welbeck 35 years old. We genuinely just got outplayed and physically outmatched by a Brighton team with these 3 starting .

The way we played made Brighton look like they were playing with an extra man
...
Arne, just leave. Please. Im done looking at your bald head
Why would he leave when he can just get a big pay check from getting sacked?
...
If we don't qualify for Champions League then a part of me hopes we don't finish in EL or Conference (Good lord just imagine) so that we can prioritise the league next year.
But damn this squad and manager combo isn't it.
No cup football has certainly helped United these last few months. The EL/ConL cost too much in terms of energy and points lost.
All we'd miss would be easy wins against teams none of us have ever heard of, followed by a surprise defeat in the quarters to the first Italian or Spanish team we play.
Villa, United, Everton A in the run in for fifth
We will lose every single one of them.
This joke of manager will leave us in the Conference League next season while he is in Ibiza.
...
posted on the Gala FT thread on how fans are getting a little too carried away with the win and need to realize how bad Gala are and how Brighton would be a lot tougher and got a bunch of down votes for it.
Slot is shit and his tactics are repugnant.
yeah same, its the story of this season. If you criticise Slot after a match we lose its ok but after a match that we win its frowned upon; like his shitty tactics are suddenly great when we win.
We would beat Galata without a fecking coach. That’s the truth
I really don't believe there will be any more "turning the corner" or "new dawn" this season. Even if we do well in the first leg against PSG, I doubt anything will seriously change
...
What happened to Ekitike? Was too hungover to wake up for the game
Slot saw him playing positively and coached it out of him.
...
I am just really really curious how we would be playing if Slot was sacked today and Jürgen took over until the end of the season.
I'd take Ange in a heart beat - at least we'd see some running and challenging
...
I'm having more fun hate watching united and Chelsea than us this season by a distance
