I know the real Utd fans on this site have told me to stop engaging with the 'plastics' but you lot are too enjoyable to ignore. :p

Lindelof - see best squads thread. You will get all the posters names you need. It's not difficult if you could actually be bothered before responding to me.

1 wonder goal. Fair enough but still went in, right?

1 deflection. Why did Maguire even let Adams get a shit shot away to be deflected? Ah, that's right he was observing the taking of the knee at the time for some inexplicable reason. :houllier: And then proceeded to be dispossessed for nearly goal number two.

1 'good' counter? WTF? You believe this shit? Maguire lying down on the job again, this time not even in his own half, while Almiron thinks it's his birthday with this kind of defending so moonwalks into the space in Utd's half.

I'm going to love the melting mental gymnastics in here this season. Oh yeah, here comes someone to destroy/kill me again... Bang bang, I'm dead.:lol:
You realize that we started last season off with 2 wins, 1 draw and 3 losses in our opening 6 games, including 12 goals against in our first 4 games?

I don't know what mental gymnastics you think people are making here but we have markedly improved compared to the beginning of last season - not really sure what you are trying to argue tbh.

That's fine. You think Lindelof is a world class squad option. Have a good day.

That’s three dives now.
Yet another dive from the shitbag

He's such a prick
Ole's tactics are the same as last season, that much is clear. Get in the box, throw yourselves to the ground
stop rolling and diving you feck face
Manchester Guardian at its finest:

78 min The replay shows it was a clear penalty, and I’ve no idea why VAR hasn’t intervened. Ronaldo chopped the ball outside Coufal, who dangled a leg and brought him down. You can argue that Ronaldo initiated the contact, but I really don’t think he did - Coufal stuck out his right leg, causing a clash of knees that led to Ronaldo falling.
Haha pretty much word for word what the commentators said on the international stream!
...
They won't get 20 pens this season though IF the refs stand their ground over the new rule.
How long till the likes of Neville uses his profile on Sky to get the rule changed as United aren't getting enough pens?
That rule isn't going to last long. The United media won't stand for United not getting pens every week. Expect a long sermon from Neville.
Yeah commentators are going off about that in my stream so don’t expect it to last long once sky and that get involved
I'd sack the manager for that in an instant, absolute joke
fecking laughable decision by Moyes
Utd are the luckiest team on the planet
Moyes is a fecking idiot.
Never known a more lucky side
Every away game, they seem to spawn a victory.
Never happy when Utd win but that was a travesty of shit reffing & teams, even Utd, don't deserve that.
2 clear penalties waved away, no VAR check. West Ham too should probably have had one. Scandalous reffereeing!!
Compare that to Southampton having a nailed on penalty taken away for literally no reason agaibst City, it's obvious that the refs don't know what they are doing here.
So far we've not been too concerned (thought Tsimikas should have been penalised yesrerday) but that widespread inconsistency is extremely worrying.
Huh? Are you talking about ronaldo's blatant dives and initiation of contact? then throwing a hissy fit?
..
Also Declan Rice is shit aswell.
Hopefully Utd sign him for £125M and he'll be their next Schneiderlin.
..
Imagine this shit United side against us, City or Chelsea with a fair ref.
..
Ever been a jammier team they won't get near the title
I wouldn't be so sure, knowing their luck they will.
Sky really do get excited with these clowns - even when they play shit once they win they go into hyper over drive - we win its just a win , actually you are nearly met with pure silence when we score. Bunch of wankers desperate for them to be champions.

The co-commentator lass on BBC radio was a fecking embarrassment. Claiming Ronaldo should have had 3 penalties. Not sure she'd be so enthusiastic if it had been Mo or Sadio.

And then Claiming it is a massive moment in their season "turning point" etc. Hyperbolic shite.
Yeah 5 games in really is a turning point . Lets see when they play a top team how good they are - Ole has a really punchable face as well.
The media and most pundits will be cheering them on all season, blowing smoke up their arse all the way. They will possibly be like our 2013/14 team ... but we know that basketball football and endless last minute rescue jobs isn't enough on its own. Quality and consistency shows through in the end.
..
I love David Moyes - he wants Ole to stay as much as we do
..
Can’t work out if United are really good or just pretty good.

Something iffy about them.
There’s absolutely no aspect of them that is really good. Even their diving is shit
Totally disjointed team stacked with attacking talent. It'll get them a comfortable fourth this season. They're no threat.
..
Surely not allowing forwards to initiate contact and draw penalties is a good thing though? Way to many games are decided by dubious 50/50 penalty shouts and it seriously got out of hand last season in particular.
But England legends Kane, Rashford, Sterling snd Grealish liked those kind of penalties?
They will get them for sure. Its the pesky diving foreigners who won't get anything
...
How is it some of you lads are shit scared of this Man united team lead by a feckin' P.E teacher for fecks sakes?
My dislike for them makes me irrational. But with that said momentum is a big thing in football. Last minute victories help belief and not only that in terms of squad depth upfront they have a lot. If sancho is half the player some on here were banging on about could he also come good. We nearly won the league under Rodgers with zero defence and whilst I wouldn't say they were favourites they are capable. Leicester won the league so anything can happen.
You can use your eyes for this United team, they aren't on our or Chelsea or City's league.

I know everyone fears a United revival but just watching them, even with Ronaldo, they're not near the elite teams
United annoy the feck out of me, but really aren't they exactly what we need them to be? We complain about teams rolling over for, or being steamrollered by, the likes of City and Chelsea. In United, you have a team that is more than capable of raising their game sufficiently to take points of either team, yet has such clearly exploitable flaws as to be quite beatable by us.
The only real issue is that, too often, they get the kind of protection from officials that make it difficult for Liverpool to put them to the sword. What should be a two nil win by us turns into an one-all draw; a four nil win becomes a two nil win. We have to give 140% where we would normally only need 110%.
It's annoying as feck, like I said, but we need teams to be able to stand up to our competitors.

Complaining about luck and being jammy.

I remember when Pickford gifted them a goal in their title winning season or their goalie scoring so they could make top 4

Difficult to say for sure, but this guy is probably on meth. Or crack. Or both?

Interesting logic in the comment about imagine United against a big side with a fair referee.

From their perspective the referee not giving us 3 pens and giving one to West ham in the 94th minute surely is their definition of a fair referee. We still won. I'll take the same fair reffing and a 1-2 win at Anfield when we go there with them missing an injury time penalty.

Not too mentioned all the VAR decisions that went their way in the title winning season. Literally got five years' worth of fortunate decisions go their way in the first half of that season.

Don't get this logic. If we are "more than capable" to raise our game and take points from their competitors, doesn't that mean that we are more than capable of taking points from them as well?
He should be worried that we can go 1on1 with any team in the premier (on paper at least), not relieved because we can take points from any of them

Reading through this thread always makes my day, most times when I'm in a not so good place i come here and it never disappoint me in anyway.

Funny how they think we are not good but think we are good enough to take points off their competitors, with out taking into account if we can do that to say against Chelsea who I think are very solid, we can definitely out score them.

Isn't this the definition of the second half of their title winning season?

It's such an irony when fans of a team of Salah and Mane complain about diving.

And god forbid any commentator says we should have had a pen!

What commentary do they listen to? If anything its biased against United yet the likes of BT give a good five minutes of them singing that song they stole before each home game.

Kudos to the one fan that thought that two of those pen shouts should have been given. Even I only thought one was pretty clear whereas the other two were both questionable and not a pen.

The rest just have pure resentment for United, and no matter how we play we are always considered "lucky" when we win, discounting how many shots we had vs them, possession, and the fact they scored off a wicked deflection. Carry on RAWK as you were

So thankfully, I had a good bit of luck with this thread last season. Here's to a better one...for us!

Why is the ginger guy in the bottom left looking in the complete wrong direction and reacting like he's just reading the specials in Nandos?
