Hope RAWK has an epic meltdown after liverpool get relegated and klopp slags everything about the scousers. Imagine the epic meltdown if FSW is the one to send them down.

Are we the dark horse this season?
For some reason, an astonishing number of fans and pundits seem to have forgotten what we’re really capable of at our best. All of the focus is on City & Chelsea (and even Utd) for the title. I feel that it’s easy for someone who didn’t watch us week-in, week-out last year to miss how enormous the achievement of finishing top 4 was given the circumstances. As I see it, all of these factors contributed to our slide to 3rd:
  • First and foremost, the lack of fans at Anfield
  • Not just the loss of Van Dijk Gomez & Matip defensively but the destabilizing effect it had on every aspect of our game
  • The leadership void left by Hendo’s injury
  • Several poor VAR decisions directly resulting in lost points (Hendo at Everton, Welbeck penalty, etc)
  • A massive target on our backs; every team played out of their minds against us
  • Mane Firmino & Trent’s inconsistency, which I feel is at least partially tied to the destabilizing effect of VVD & Gomez’s absence

The guy in black in the center is RAWK admin isn't he?
Nah, he is their lord, see how everyone immediately bows to him praying for a miracle. Even the guy in the right folds his hands towards him.

So thankfully, I had a good bit of luck with this thread last season. Here's to a better one...for us!
Is that a headless man in the middle?? The red shirt with white scarf?

I don't know about the whole analysis but yes they are relatively being underestimated. They had a difficult first part but went on to do better in the later stages. Not sure how good their CM is and striker position but I feel they will be in tittle race. Hopefully I am wrong.

Is there any poems or literacy piece yet from RAWk?
Anfield empty when we won the league, completely lacking cheers,
Corona meant we were stuck inside; it drove a man to tears
But it didn’t matter to me, cuz we all know Liverpool are still in the ascent,
We’d have won the league last year I’m sure, if the refs all weren’t fecking bent,

It all started so promisingly, Leeds couldn’t handle the Gangenpress,
but then Villa scored seven past us and I started to feel depressed,
it was getting worse against Everton, Pickford should be ashamed
Our best defender out for a year; ya see injuries were to blame.

I wrote to the press, I wrote to the council, I didn’t know what to do,
I’ve never been as angry as this, since Evra had been racially abused,
I got the t-shirt printer out, this time “Justice for Van Dijk!”
And when I went to sign on again, and threatened to go back on strike.

From there it went from bad to worse, our title bid was crumbling,
Mane turned to fecking shit and our Bobby’s form was bumbling,
We turned to the bench but no one was there, we couldn’t rely on Origi,
and I’m pretty sure that even now, Dalglish could outpace Xerdan Shaqiri,

So a new season starts, and I don’t want to say it but my thoughts are filled with dread,
It’s becoming increasingly obvious to me at least, that we’re the second best team in red
They’ve signed Sancho, they’ve signed Varane, the blood flows through their cock,
We let Gini go on a free and spent 30mil on an injured crock.

There’s no-one linked, our squad is aging and now Robbo’s hurt our la,
The only title we might ever win was probably down to VAR,
But that doesn’t matter, here on RAWK, delusions all make us cheer,
We go again - that famous cry - “next year will be our year.”

Last year's thread was legendary. Here's hoping there'll be as many pages of Scouse salt in this one.

The legendary gif in the OP: are there others floating around representing different clubs?

Is there a United version floating around on scouse fora, for example?

Im wasting 2 out of 5 of my posts of the day, but this is seriously bothering me. Whats going on with the headless person in the gif? Hours later and still cant understand it. Did someone bring in a dressed headless mannequin and are using it as a puppet?!? Its body movements seem too realistic to be a mannequin of sorts...

You really see something new every time. Third guy to the right of the headless mannequin disappears in a flash

Why is the guy on the front row, far left not even watching the game? Some there is no reaction at all. Just that 'I fecking knew it look'.

If Van Djik doesn't come back to the level he was before the injury I think things could come apart for them this season and we might be fortunate to see many a meltdown. A lot hinges on how he comes back.
