It's a little off-putting how casually Reacher kills or maims people who pose him zero threat, often people who aren't particularly "bad". It's usually followed my a little quip indicating it's not a big deal, so I'm probably over thinking it.
I'm struggling to think of one who wasn't particularly bad.
Off the top of my head, the group of guys who confronted the son - not sure they deserved limbs or legs being snapped or faces through glass.

So a couple of days ago a video surfaced of Alan Ritchson beating the shit out of a helpless neighbour after riding around on his motorbike with a couple of goons in tow.
The victim then posted a video explaining the incident further, and how he had only asked Alan to stop riding his loud bike in the area. Alan apparently assaulted him in response. I mean, sure, the guy with a MAGA hat in the background of his video also admits to pushing Alan a couple of times...
Alan then cryptically posts a quote from Napoleon - "Never interrupt your enemy when he is making a mistake."
And then proceeds to post footage from his own body cam of the incident, of him riding at a slow speed with his two kids. It turns out that MAGA boy intentionally got in front of the bike, made Alan fall off it, kept pushing him when Alan was trying to diffuse the situation, and even blocked Alan from riding away and pushed him off his bike. The video culminates with Alan giving the guy some of the ol' Jack Reacher treatment after finally realising that "Chat Shit, Get Banged" is sometimes the best course of action with aggressive, loudmouthed assholes.

Yer man probably did deserve a slap but he really shouldn’t be riding a high powered motorbike around a residential area if he a) can’t stop when a pedestrian steps onto the road without falling over and b) tries to pick his bike back up again by grabbing the throttle.
He did drop his bike an impressive amount of times.
To be fair, I'm not sure any sane person would think the nutter would step Infront of the bike. He wouldn't do that with a car. I imagine Alans adrenaline was going mad so wasn't really thinking. He also had two of his (I think) kids behind him. So he was being protective of the little ones. He therefore wouldn't have been going fast. That muppets actions could easily have led to one of the kids going over.
But motorbikes like that are very loud and they are loud even when going relatively slowly. It's also his neighbour... It's not like he's driving around other neighbourhoods and being antisocial. It's his home.
It's just some selfish dickhead who wants everything their own way and can't accept a bit of loud noise. Personally I hope Alan played very loud music for the rest of the day.
Probably the type of neighbour that would complain about kids laughing too much in the garden.
He's obviously looking for a payday. The entire thing was set up for Ritchson to take a swing at him and this twat to claim assault.

I don't know who thought people wanted a Neagley spin off. Sure she is decent in Reacher, but everyone is watching to see the big guy beat people up. None of the side character ultimately matter enough for me to care about what they are getting up to when Reacher isn't about.
Really wish they kept the season one style Reacher where he was more of a detective type protagonist and not the violent battering ram. I guess that’s what people want to see, sadly.

He plays Reacher so well that you forget he's actually Thad Castle.
She's been in every series – not sure how you could miss her as she's the closest thing to a partner he has!
It's also how his character is in the books
I'm looking forward to both of these. Love Ritchson as Reacher, and love the character of Neagley in the show. I'm hoping the Neagley show can stand on it's own, and she can pull it off. We need more high quality action tv.
