Who goes down? Who survives?
Who goes down? Who survives?
Ipswich seem really naive, play really good offensive football but get caught out really easily at the back
They won't, they'll be fine. It will probably be the 3 promoed teams again. None of them have won yet.Everton will be thereabouts again.
Southampton and Leicester are already down. Then, Ipswich or Brentford or Everton (depends on their market in January with the new owner).
Why Brentford?
That's fair. I think they will be fine because they probably have the best manager of those around that area. I'd be surprised if they didn't finish above Wolves.Last year they finished sixteenth. And they lost Toney, they are weaker and this year the points for the survival will be higher (35+). Nottingham for me have a better team. And Wolves and Palace have too good players to go down. So, Southampton plus Leicester plus one between Brentford or Ipswich or Everton (but I think Everton will have a good window in January).

Is it? Why? I'd argue it's in a better state than it was last season and we finished with 48 points.Everton's squad is awful and a January window won't save them.

With deductions, yes, but on the pitch the group obtained 48 points.I thought you finished on 40pts last season? I could be wrong?
On paper you lost Onana and Godfrey and haven't really signed anyone this summer that I feel will make a real difference? Admittedly I don't watch much of Everton but how do you feel about Ndiaye and Lindstrom?

We lost Onana but have gained Timmy and Mangala in the CM roles, so have better depth/Onana was phased out of the side at the end of the season when we had a good run of form so he's not a huge miss to a Dyche side.
We have brought in Broja to strengthen the striking options and as you say, have brought in Ndiaye and Lindstrom to our attacking options. That's meant we have been able to shift Ndiaye to LW and McNeil to AM which has made us a much better attacking functional team in my opinion and also has meant we have depth and versatility in what we can do.
Godfrey was replaced by O'Brien. Where we are weak is at fullback, and still reliant on Young/Coleman to be first backups rather than getting anyone else in but hopefully that's something addressed in January.
I think our depth is better than it was last season.
I think we will do enough to stay up but Dyche should be replaced next summer assuming we stay up/the new owners come in.Fair point, I forgot about the PTS deduction. Interested to see how Broja performs for you as Ipswich were interested in him as well. How do you judge your team's performances in the first 7-8 games so far? Speaking to an Everton supporting mate, he's firmly in the Dyche out brigade and is worried that his football is too outdated and you'll struggle this season.
Forgot to add Citeh will be hopefully be relegated after being found guilty so it's them, Southampton and Leicester!
